DO NOT order from this website. Total SCAM - difficult to work with, website and app barely work. I never received products I paid for, I called customer service and chatted twice and the only resent the same thing and still did not receive what I paid for. Their customer service email I also tried is “not monitored”. They would not refund the money I paid for product never received. The app didn’t work when I went to cancel all the subscriptions so I had to chat again and it took 10 minutes to get them to finally cancel. Total scam and terrible way to run a business! Not a great experience

Delivery problems.
Need to use someone else for delivery as the delivery person dropped off my purchase at someone else's door instead of mine despite my apartment being clearly marked, as well as the label on the package, indicating the apartment number where it should've been dropped off at that day.

I’m not too sure about the body stuff
I’m not too sure about the body stuff. I usually use baby oil after showering but before drying, then use baby lotion. Using the JLo trio didn’t leave my skin as soft. I’m going to try it a couple times a week and see if I feel different about it but as of now, I’m not impressed and glad I got everything on sale. The face serums and creams are wonderful and I use them daily. Guess I was expecting more with this new line of products.

Difference in quality - sample vs fullsize
I really loved the sample size kit. I could clearly see a difference because of which I went ahead and subscribed for the full-size. Felt super disappointed with the full size as I felt it wasn’t doing anything , but obviously I have run out of the return window.
