Very disappointed after agreeing a sale…
Very disappointed after agreeing a sale of £2400 after telling him everything we knew about the car. Wanted to knock off another £900. A waste of our time.

To fact check yourselves, the sale was based on photos you uploaded to motorway, photos which were clearly taken at certain angles to hide damage. I called you before leaving and asked if there were any oil leaks, oil cap gunk, marks on the bodywork, as I explained it would take 3+ hours to get to yourselves.
You assured me everything was in order and perfect. Upon inspection of the vehicle, this was not the case, rocker cover leaking, gunk in the oil cap, multiple faults on the diagnostic tool, multiple stone chips on the bonnet, scratches to the rear bumper. You were both present when I appraised the vehicle and saw first hand.
You mislead us and tried to con us. We infact offered you £2200, £200 less not £900 less. Which I believe is very fair considering the amount of work that would need to go into the vehicle.
You were unwilling to negotiate, despite seeing first hand the issues with vehicle that were not disclosed.
I have photos of the issues found during the diagnostic & inspection, which I will be reporting back to motorway, in the hope someone else doesn’t have their time and money wasted.
