WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I started at the first lockdown at 67/68kg not knowing much about body weight exercises and much nutrition. Along came JNM and to date I am now 76kg. My performance as a keeper has improved massively definitely worth the money. Communication is not always quick but that’s because of how many people they have and how much work they do.

They are incredible helped me massively. Still using them and now to put everything in to practice when the season restarts ⚽️⚽️⚽️

I was quarantined in another country so I couldn’t train with my team unfortunately. I wanted to stay fit since quarantine started and wanted to be fully prepared for the season so I decided to buy a JNM plan. JNM gave me my own diet training and gym plan. Thanks to this guys I’m ready for the rest of the season starting on the March 1st! And even after quarantine I will follow this plan to increase the level of my performance on the pitch!
