Horrible customer service by one of the employees. I wish I had gotten her name. The dark skinned lady was so helpful. The Indian looking one had such a dismissive attitude. She made me feel like a criminal for trying to send my dad money.

Staff is always supportive at the Bronx location
Staff is always supportive, and friendly. And advise me of the best options to complete my transactions. I recently had to send down money to myself so I could go down to Jamaica to bury my grandmother and to complete a project.
And I don't usually have to wait too long when I go to send the funds.
But somebody explain to me why the wait is so long when you go for the pick up in Jamaica...

I checked online this morning if the location was open prior to walking 15 minutes in a snow storm. Upon reaching at the location, the shutter was down.
Is it that difficult to update online that there would have been a temporary closure?
As essential services, we ought to do much better!
