Refund denied despite raising concerns within guarantee period and following all instructions

I signed up for this program in December 2024 after reviewing the advertised guarantee and claims of hands-on mentoring and support.

I followed the training, built the sites as instructed, implemented the traffic packs, ran paid ads, tested copy variations, and shared analytics with the support team over several months.

After running over 500 paid clicks, I had zero subscribers and zero sales.

At that stage, this was clearly a conversion issue rather than a traffic volume issue. Continuing to send paid traffic to a funnel that produces no conversions would simply result in further financial loss.

I raised refund concerns within the 6-month guarantee period. At that time, I was told the team would work closely with me, review my ads, coordinate with senior staff, and help me achieve results. I was repeatedly informed that they were “reviewing,” “following up,” or “waiting on internal team members.”

These delays continued for months.

Now, over a year later, I have been told that the refund period has expired.

Throughout the process:

• Requirements and explanations changed multiple times
• New conditions were introduced that were not clearly stated at the point of sale
• The coaching session provided was generic and not tailored to my business
• Support was inconsistent and often delayed
• The solution repeatedly offered was simply to “run more traffic”

Despite following instructions and engaging in good faith, the program did not produce results, and the guarantee has not been honored.

I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision and carefully review the refund terms before purchasing.

Caution!!! Bill McIntosh and Job Crusher are a major fraud!

Bill McIntosh and his assistant, Samantha Daley (Fake name), appear to be running a deceptive program designed to scam unsuspecting individuals. Despite claiming to have made $100 million, there are no credible testimonials to support his assertions, and the so-called money-back guarantee is nothing more than an empty promise—you’re unlikely to ever recover your money. They create endless conditions to trap you in their scheme. I’ve taken action by reporting him and his company to multiple organizations and blogs to raise awareness. Additionally, I make it a priority to report all of his YouTube videos and online posts to prevent others from falling victim to this fraudulent operation.

Bill Mcintosh's Job Crusher Marketing LLC

Bill Mcintosh is the CEO of Job Crusher. On a scale of 0 to 10 the ethics of this company is below zero. Bill Mcintosh sells himself as somebody who has made millions on online business painting the picture his businesses are solid and ethically sound. He regularly gives you tube videos presenting ways that he guarantees that you can make money with. He also hooks you with the promise of a 100% refund if you work with his team and do not make any money. However, once you make the commitment of spending between 900 to 5000 dollars, you find that the content of the product, be it a course or a product with affiliate links, leaves a lot to be desired. The AI generated content is general and repetitive as well as lacking cohesion and coherence. Working with a team presupposes that the team is functional, which is not the case with Mcintosh's team; you are led to be believe there is efficient technical assistance and communication if you run into problems; but, not only do you find that those responsible for the assistance sometimes lack basic English language skills, but it can take at least a week to get an answer. Even with a one-on-one meeting with a so-called expert you do not get an immediate solution but are told they will work on it and get back to you.The costs for this apalling service are extortionate, having paid 1600 dollars, you are then charged 98 dollars a month, with no returns whatsoever. You are also told that with more traffic you increase the likelyhood of getting sales. For this you are charged another 49 dollars per month. This would all be academic if as Mcintosh promises, you will be refunded. Even though I have complied by working with Mcintosh's team, but with absolutely no money made, I have been whistling in the wind for my money to be returned. Perhaps the word "scam" and the phrase, , "breach of promise" are a little light. Could the term "FRAUD" be applicable? I am in the process of taking legal action.

Daily continuous attempts to take 98 dollars from my credit card!

I keep on getting a "crusher productions LI" attempt to take 98 dollars from my credit card, not sure how they got access to it, I never subscribed!
Luckily it was a card I hardly use and manage and had no funds so I got a notification and managed to block all future attempts (which as off today keep on arriving)
I didn't know even what it was about but today I got this:

Not sure even what they do. If it was them to try and commit fraud or if someone used my info to register, in either case, please be allert!

The most incredible rip off I have ever…

The most incredible rip off I have ever fallen for. Enthusiastic webinar about the wonders of an AI that can create a course, create a matching website as well as send emails to those who sign up? What could go wrong? The course material is unintelligble and uneditable. The process of copying a page you like is so hard that you might as well learn wordpress on Udemy and make your own site. It would be faster and better. The "coach" supplied by the company had no idea how to run the software and could not fix the multiple problems we found as we tried to work it together. I'm embarrassed that I ever fell for their pitch and I hope no one else ever does. And btw, if they write a counter to this and talk about ho9w someone created a course on how to train your dog or something simple like that... fine. I was not asking about that when I signed up. A totally awful experience and an entire waster of money, but more importantly my time If I could have left negative stars, I would.
