I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend them. The customer service has been extremely poor. There was a lot of pressure to sign up for the membership, but when we contacted our account manager to cancel, communication suddenly stopped and we received no response. The lack of follow-up and professionalism has been incredibly frustrating. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Super easy to use, most prominent notes feature from other construction CRM which is so nice

Have been using this software for 6 years. It is beta test software at its best. Notable issues include invoices and estimates with random extra pages auto printing. Email errors being undelivered and templates being reorganized by their backend. Tech support agents divert from the issue and gaslight you saying it’s always been that way or that they cannot fix it. Raising the price multiple times a year. From $50 to $300 for base plan while not providing more value or improving issues. Glitches in their beta software that leave messages unread for months at a time. Tech support unable to fix. I could go on. You’re better off with acculynx software honestly it so far has worked better and is less buggy. The people there actually seem to care to help you with issues.

This company is awful. Had 5 different account managers in 1 year, each had to start over and criticize what previous did. It was a waste of $60k.

I had high hopes for JobNimbus, as it was presented as the CRM tailored to my business needs. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. Although they advertise many features, almost every practical function required additional payments, making the cost escalate beyond what was anticipated. Adding team members was especially costly, especially when comparing to other platforms like Jobber.

For a tool intended to support business growth, it felt financially limiting. The setup process wasn’t as seamless as promised—creating estimates and invoices became tedious. More importantly, I was unable to fully utilize the system for my clients’ needs. Despite the time and effort, it never reached a reliable, functional point for customer-facing work.

I was also concerned about team adoption. If I struggled, expecting my employees to onboard smoothly seemed unrealistic. Ultimately, it was a costly experience that did not deliver the promised value, and I would not recommend it based on what I encountered.

Horrendous customer support. Have been told numerous times we can't get any training since we had our two onboarding calls. Customer support is NEVER available when we need them. Stay away from this company!!!

Not only does JobNimbus' services/products sell themselves, the staff are incredibly helpful in helping set everything up.

I have been with Job Nimbus now for a couple months and so far, am very disappointed. The onboarding process was very unorganized and felt rushed. I paid for the year subscription up front to take advantage of the savings and not now feel that was a big mistake. Once the onboarding is done from their standpoint it's like they don't care at all anymore. The Job Nimbus rep was unprepared for several of the meetings which made them a waste of time.

Our contracts were not set up properly and there are constant glitches with the system. What was meant to simplify our process has only made things worse.
If i had to do over I would have gone a different direction.

JobNimbus is a scam underneath all of the flash. I was excited when I signed up for JobNimbus but came to realize about three months in it was one big scam. Their templates don't work for contracts. Their salesman told me first 3 months 50% off and proceeded to charge me for the first month and claimed it was months 2-4 50% off. He also charged me for a subscription at a higher price we didn't discuss. After all of this, when I tried to cancel my subscription they attempted to continue to charge my credit card countless times and claimed "you must cancel your subscription TWO weeks prior to it ending." Who does this other than a scam company that wants to nickel and dime you every chance they get? I'm glad I didn't give them all of my data, who knows if they would've held it hostage. Truly a shame! I was looking forward to using their product. One big scam.

Make it so I can combine the columns in the invoice report with the columns in the contact report. Acculynx allows the user to do it

Or company had used JobNimbus for the last 2 years and it has greatly increased or ease of operations with job site inspections and organization! It roof inspection prices has been made much easier with photo sharing and I see upcoming changes that will continue to make their platform even more use friendly. Also, I have attended a JobNimbus crew event and it was very informative. I highly recommend this CRM, as they say it will make you a "hero contractor"
