Buyer beware: Overpriced, unreliable platform — avoid the CritiCall package
I absolutely regret purchasing from JobTestPrep.
I paid for one of their most expensive packages in good faith, expecting high-quality materials and reliable support while preparing for an important test. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
The content did not match the actual test in terms of format, difficulty, or structure, making the preparation ineffective. On top of that, the platform itself did not function properly at times, which only added to the frustration.
What was most disappointing was the lack of timely support. I reached out when I needed help before and during my preparation, but did not receive the support I needed at critical moments. For a paid service at this price point, this is unacceptable.
The refund process was equally frustrating. Their policy states that in cases of “Content Mismatch,” customers may be eligible for a full or proportional refund. Despite clearly explaining that the materials did not align with the test, I was only offered a 30% refund. This does not reflect the extent of the issue and raises concerns about how their “money-back guarantee” is actually applied.
Overall, the product felt overpriced, unreliable, and did not deliver on its promises.
Summary:
Materials did not match the actual test
Platform had functionality issues
Support was not available when it was needed most
Refund policy was not applied fairly
Buyer beware. I would strongly recommend saving your money and carefully considering other options before purchasing.

Double purchased resolved in time
Due to an issue with my home connection, I bought twice the prep pack for my CCAT test. As I had to complete my CCAT exercise in two days, I immediately asked for assistance. Despite the short notice, the team promptly responded and they immediately put me in a condition to prepare my test (which was my priority) and processed the refund in an efficient and effective manner. It’s a great place to practice and prepare for my test, but there are still somethings can be improved.
1. There are some errors in the drill questions.
2. When doing the table or chart questions, the graphics are too small to see them clearly, failing to use enlarger functions as well.

I used the test prep modules to prepare and it was worth it!
I used the test prep modules to prepare for my Criticall tests I was doing, and it definitely is worth it!! I passed both tests with 95%. The modules are very similar to those on the test, and honestly the test itself was easier than the prep. I highly recommend getting these if you are going to be taking a Critcall test!

I really like how simple it is to…
I really like how simple it is to understand how to get onto you site! I really like how you break things into sections of what I am studying at this time. You also help with how the pre-tests are taken, and if you miss some items in that section. you have taken the time to break it down into simpler forms with restudying the material. I also have been enjoying that when I log off, and come back on it is exactly where I ended! thank you for that!! I also am digging the price point with week, month etc.... Thanks for that!!
