Placed an order and tried to cancel within minutes with their CS team, was told it was already “in process”. So i let it flow through and returned upon receipt. Not only did i pay for return shipping, but also expected a restocking fee. Problem is I NEVER got a response to multiple emails (there is no phone # to call) on my return status. $60 purchase with no response, unacceptable

I am a small business in a small town so I need hats fast! I found Joe’s USA searching Google for some hats. I’ve been using them ever since! They take a little bit to ship your items out, but I understand as a business owner. However, I also need those hats asap! lol thank you for all of your help!

Joe's is a great company to purchase blank Headwear and garments from! They are very conscientious and work hard to get orders out asap. Sometimes it is out of their control do to supply chain issues and shipping. Of all the folks I deal with Joe's is the BEST hands down.

Just stay away, cheaters and very unprofessional people. Many problems with them, poor quality, shipping delay with no updates. I have to pay for return late delivered items, shame. So I paid 107 for my order and now cheapest shipping is 20 plus 25% restocking fee, so there is fu... no sense to return it. The most annoying is that order was almost week late and they don't have an ounce of honor—they won't own up to it and issue a full refund. SHAME!
