Simon and Scott worked quickly, efficiently and cheerfully! They couldn’t have done better, even offering to take a mattress from the first floor to the loft, which others just couldn’t manage - but they succeeded! (They’d kindly helped me before taking it from the ground floor to the first floor, see previous review, and we had to wait for repairs in the loft being completed) Bravo to both of them, and many thanks for delivering our lovely new chair as well - we’re really pleased!! From our first visit to this fabulous store, the friendly and helpful staff, the very tasty trip to the cafe to the ordering of our new carpets and subsequent fitting-has been seamless. We had Mark and George at our house all day in the blistering heat working so hard. The attention to detail was spot on. They were both wonderful, they worked so hard and very tidily, the carpets have been fitted to an excellent level. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would certainly use again. What a wonderful service from John Doe of diss, purchased a chair, delivered on Wednesday had a small problem, spoke to Tina who arranged to get it sorted for me and delivery men Simon @ Scott arrived Monday morning got it all sorted, what an amazing team & firm, don’t think you’ll get better service anywhere else and didn’t have to chase to Norwich through all the roadworks. Can highly recommend them they have a lovely coffee shop too, pop along and have a look you’ll be surprised

I got a lovely dining room table and a brand new carpet for my sons room 🥰 when speaking to the carpet man about my grandad Donald Howard he was saying he’s heard good things about him 😊 as the store near me is Howard house named after him 😇
