Obviously the gift bag was for the bracelet as I ordered them together. The gift bag was too small. I did contact yourselves upon delivery but got no response.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I can see that you opted for the small packaging, which states that this size is suitable for rings, small earrings and charms. You would have required the large size to fit a bracelet. I can see that you have been in touch with customer servcie who have responded to you.
