Did not see item was final sale and it was my first time ordering. They wouldn’t put a manager in touch with me. Wouldn’t let me send item back for refund and I’m stuck with a very expensive item that doesn’t even come close to fitting. Very disappointed in their service

I am so excited to have discovered this site. I had been eyeing a pair of $675 Carel boots for a year and could not pull the trigger on the price. John Julia had the exact boot in my size for almost half the price. Quick international delivery and boots are perfect. So excited.

I still don't have my bag
I still don't have my bag, it was delivered to the wrong address and never signed for. John Julia told me to go to DHL, DHL admitted it was not signed for but told me John Julia has to take care of it. I, the customer, am being given the runaround by John Julia and DHL and still have not received my expensive purchase. The first time, DHL failed to get a signature for the delivery and the package was stolen. The second time, when John Julia "sent a replacement," they did so without my knowledge while I was out of the state. And, once again, DHL delivered it (not even to the correct address) and failed to get a signature. So that package is now missing. What is the point of requiring signature for expensive items if the carrier doesn't follow through? Neither package should have been delivered. They should have been rescheduled. I even went to DHL's website and rescheduled the second delivery after notifying John Julia I was out of town but, alas, they dropped it off on someone's doorstep anyway. Completely irresponsible on DHL's and John Julia's behalf. They don't care about their customers.
