Initially hesitant but this is a great online shop!
I found this beautiful Alexander McQueen skull umbrella on johnjulia.com at a fantastic price and became a little hesitant. I had never heard of the site before, didn't really see a large online footprint and could only go off of Trustpilot reviews. I emailed them directly and asked if their products were authentic. They promptly replied and affirmed they were. I took a deep breath and purchased the umbrella while warning myself I might have just lost this money. I couldn't be more pleased! The DHL package was shipped from Italy within a day of purchase and I picked it up from a DHL point. The umbrella was in original boxed AMQ packaging, brand new, and perfect! I am really happy with my purchase and for those of you who are reluctant to purchase from them online, don't be!

Scam, don't waste your money
Unfortunately, I never received my parcel. Customer service was not helpful. They did not even bother to investigate with The shipping company DHL. Now dealing with the Credit Card company to recover the money.
It seems to be a scam, company is nlocated in Italy, not in the USA. I never signed for my Parcel (required a signature), parcel supposedly dropped off at the building entrance (complex of of more than 90 apartments) I did not find a thing when I checked there.

You also confirmed that the building in the photo is indeed your residence. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that have been delivered to the correct address.
We understand that the parcel may have been stolen after delivery, and we sympathize with your situation. We recommend reporting this incident to your local authorities and considering adding secure delivery options for future orders.

Allison @ John Julia in customer service is AMAZING! Best customer service I’ve ever experience!!! It was my first time purchasing with them and I received the wrong item ( things happen) but she made the experience less of a headache & responses so quickly. I had some initial shipping issues, so I reached out to customer service. The customer service agent got back to me very promptly and solved my issue within 24 hours. The item came quickly after that in perfect condition. I can't wait to wear my sandals!
