Great Introduction to The Possibilities
I came to Orlando a little overwhelmed with JMT but was willing to come. I decided to make my additional investment in the mentoring problem because I want to "trust the process!" I believe that if I invest the time and strategies presented the process should work for me. I am a trainer, a speaker and a coach; my thoughts seem to match up to what, as Chris Robinson said " what we do!" I left Orlando less concerned anc ready to move forward with "Intention!"

I went not really knowing what to expect and honestly a little skeptical. To say I was blown away is putting in mildly. I loved the experience and can't wait to attend another event. I felt a calling to join the team when …
I felt a calling to join the team when I first heard of JMT. I wasn't sure at the time what it would do for me but I knew I needed it. After joining and becoming a team member, I realized, for the first time in my life, I truly had a down deep resource. It wasn't going away and it wouldn't judge me for mistakes our where I was in personal or professional growth. I'm in my third year of membership and I have grown immensely. I see life differently, I see others differently, I see opportuities differently, and I am in the process of helping my husband build his business. Embracing the Process
Through this program, I have been able to expand my awareness and increase my level of emotional intelligence. This program has provided personal growth and leadership opportunities for me to consistently challenge my thinking. Change comes through a process. This program sets out a foundation for change through multiple resources including an online platform, social media, daily calls and interaction with the faculty and peers, and a live event twice a year. I have been able to be engaged with this program at a level that is a stretch for me, and has included many opportunities to volunteer to give back to this team. The advise and mentorship through this program continues to uplevel what we can offer in our business. I joined this program with my husband, and we continue to grow together and take advantage of the resources that continue to be reviewed, updated and relevant for today!
