The customer service was excellent
Very good customer service delivery was excellent too. The fact that we were unable to view the chair because of the lack of a showroom has meant that even though we had used the measurements to gauge the size of the chair which is lovely, it looks too small in the lounge.
Sharon from John Sankey contacted me very soon after receiving the chair to see if she could help, and my goodness I have to say she was fantastic. The end result after a lot of help from Sharon is that the a new chair was exchanged for the original one which is absolutely perfect and was delivered today, I have to say the delivery man was excellent too. Thank you
