Employers should avoid. Terrible customer service
Appalling customer service. We're an early stage start up. We posted two roles on join.com after the platform was recommended by our investors. Shortly after creating our account, it was arbitrarily suspended because our website domain does not match our email domain. We explained that we use separate domains by choice and that it was an urgent priority for our boards to be reinstated. Responses from customer service were slow, rude, and unhelpful. Our customer "care" manager, Leon, provided information directly contrary to the automated emails we had received from the site. We did exactly what we were asked and the account was still not reinstated. When we provided extensive information about every aspect of the business, Leon stopped responding.

I am quite surprised to see that this website had so many bad reviews. From the perspective of an employer, this is the best recruitment site I have found for free.
It allows to manage the job offers and applicants very easily. Also, I received many good quality applicants (meaning they were serious about their application and qualified) so I would definitely recommend it, at least for companies.

I applied for a position with a company posing as Dryad Construction but it's a SCAM!…
I applied for a position with a company on Join.com named Dryad Construction for the Remote - Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant / Customer Service position. I received an email from 'grace' @ dryadsconstructionllc.com' for a 'job offer/interview'. When I went to the website for Dryad Construction, I noticed there wasn't an 's' on the end for the actual company. This is definitely a scam and worse, Join.com has no accountability nor accessibility to complain. The 'chat with us' button doesn't work. Feel the scammers picked this website knowing it would be highly unlikely to ever be held accountable. Delete all information and resume from this website!

Scam
Applied for a position with a major multinational corporation through Indeed.com and was forwarded to this site. Shortly after applying I received a bizarre HR email confirming an interview. The body of the e-mail was highly suspect with broken English and demanded my immediate response to an alternative randomized gmail account that was obviously fake. Delete your account with these people.

Looks like this site is a scam. I found a job listing on LinkedIn that was posted by this site and I was led to this site to apply. When I sent a follow-up email to the person who runs the company I supposedly applied to, he said the job posting was fraud and that they don't have any positions currently available.

Weird experience for application
From perspective of applicant I hate every single step of application and I can recommend companies do not use this platform for recruitment.
I found a job on Linkedin, after that I was redirected to a company site, after that I was redirected to this platform page, where I was forced to create a new profile and account with email and password to send my CV for a role.
Okkk, but after that they started to push me by email. They asked me to verify my account, to complete my profile on their platform and so on…
I don’t have any benefit from that and spent a lot of time for this journey.
