Very sketchy experience
Very sketchy experience. I signed up ONLY for the All Levels Bundle at $72 but I also got charged for 2 other programs that I never authorized. I immediately emailed (there is no other choice) the company but they never replied. So I have proceeded with disputes via VISA.

Non-existent customer service.
I purchashed Project Calisthenics level 2 and 3. I studied the 2 programmes to discover that there is little variety or progression. You do the same sessions/exercises in the same order ever week of the 2 respective programs for weeks on end. I requested a refund via email four times and received nothing more than automated responses saying they would get back to me. Luckily I payed with paypal. Terrible programs and even worse customer service.

My review of Mobility for Callisthenics…
My review of Mobility for Callisthenics by @docjenfit on the Fit! / Macofit app platform.
I bought this programme since I really rate the material @docjenfit puts out for free on IG. I have been utterly disappointed with the platform, the product, and the absence of anything resembling customer service from both Fit! / Macofit and @docjenfit. My main problems are:
1) Rather than address my concerns below, Fit! / Macrofit and @docjenfit have revoked my access to the app and claim a refund has been processed. (I have not received it yet.)
2) The workouts are split into “tutorial videos” and “workout videos” where the tutorial videos are longer and helpfully break down what you are doing and why. The workout videos are just short demonstrations for reference. In the first 14 days, the tutorials did not match the workouts in 7 or so instances.
3) The programme is a bit of a con: whilst it is a 12 week programme, in any given 14 day period, there are 2 sets of exercises which you alternate daily. So there are significantly less exercises and information that you might expect. (12 exercise sets over all.)
4) The platform does not work properly on my android tablet. The videos often do not load.
Really disappointing experience in every conceivable way.
