If you would be allowed to leave no stars, I would have. They’re having issues with the laws and having to change their formula, they continue to make up lies instead of being transparent. They take hundreds of dollars out of your account and to this day it’s been a month, no product and continued promises that get broken. Not to mention weeks without any medication so you go through the withdrawal and the same adjustment it took your body to get use to is now what you will experience when re-starting IF you ever get what you paid for.

Edit: finally got a response and a full refund is coming back will wait and see

Was advised it would be sent out on Wednesday & yet still no MJ & I am due to inject on Tuesday … May have been the cheapest but the service is disgraceful

First order was perfect the packaging the speed everything. Second month still waiting on MJ pen I sent them an email and said 4 weeks difference will make a gap in the treatment they assured me it will deliver on time.
Now it’s 5 weeks still didn’t get my pen. And they don’t reply to calls or emails took them forever to prescribe and now no dispatch. Just one long email of apology and that’s it. Won’t be buying from them again totally unreliable

Have tried ringing them and a stupid annoying voice which is on repeat constantly and no answer! Definitely wouldn't recommend unless your happy to wait forever.
Due my injection Sunday which clearly isn't going to happen.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I placed my order on Tuesday then received a message saying that my pictures weren’t suitable. So I immediately responded with more suitable images and have heard absolutely nothing back. All I can see now is bad reviews and can’t get in contact with them via email live chat or on the contact number as it doesn’t connect or you don’t get a reply.

Its been ok most symptoms I have correlate to having eaten something high in fat, or if I over ate so I’m focusing on not doing that.

Levity used to be so amazing. The customer service was amazing, the product worked basically everything was going good. I’ll have been with levity a year next month. Since February the customer service is terrible and the product is continuously delayed. It’s a bummer to see the decline in the company this year. The only reason for 2 stars is because the product does work!

Great experience-simple process, no long appointments, easy check in and updates online, access to ask questions if i have any problems, dr responds quickly. Much appreciated since mom life is crazy working full time, extra curriculars, it is nice to do online seamlessly.

Easy to order. Easy to pay. Auto ship is nice. Company is communicative. 4/5 stars b/c I'm not sure new manufacturer's Semaglutide works as well as what I was getting at first since weight loss stalled at the switchover - so there is some concern there.
