First month went fine but it has been almost 3 weeks since I’ve been out of medication even though I was already charged for the 2nd month

I started with Levity in November 2024 and have had fabulous customer service. Their patient care providers are well informed and helpful. The prescription is adjusted according to my needs and I have received my shipments without fail. I was going to be traveling and needed an adjustment in my delivery date. This was handled efficiently and with only a few minutes on the phone with one of the support coordinators. I would wholeheartedly recommend Levity as a company.

It started off great the first dosage no issues at all but for my next dose, there is no accurate communication unless I reach out about where my prescription is. I get messages saying that it’s coming. It’s on the way. It never showed up. It still hasn’t showed up I’m not sure what’s going on. Tired of calling to figure it out.

I have not received my prescription 3 weeks into my 4th month. Although I was charged for it. I feel like the 3rd month supply was a placebo not effective at all!

Honestly did nothing. I felt sick the first month and bc of that last maybe 5 lb water weight but she 3 months still not losing even though o gave up drinking for lent which should have helped even more. Not happy at all. Actually gained overall a couple pounds

I have had little side effects. Was constipated, but I take 2 stool softness in the morning and night. I am concerned about my next delivery, the date keeps changing. The first one was the 14th, then the 15th and so on. Now it is sayinging the 19th.

Lack of availability with medication and was told I'd get a substitute-which was fine... 1 week later I reach out because, why haven't I gotten the substitute medication? Then the same day, magically, I get a "your prescription has been prescribed "
Since being subscribed with Levity from Oct 2024, this has been my first huge disappointment.

I had received great service from Levity UK, however they are having logistical issues, and although I have paid, they can’t dispense the medication, or update ok when they will. I was due a weight loss injection today, but will now miss the dose and therefore impact the success I had been having experiencing. Really disappointing and will likely look for a new provider.
Update - levity delivered my medication a few days later. Will give them another chance and hope this was a one off. Medication and support are great, but not dispensing in time is a big concern for me.

My order has been approved since 3/31. I have been told it was dispatched for shipping since April 8th. Since that time, my prescription has been changed yet still hasn’t shipped. Mind you, this has been paid for since original order has been approved. Communication could be much better and true expectations would be helpful. Not being told multiple times that my order will ship in 7-10 days and then starting over. This has never happened before. Prior to this experience I have had great service.

Haven’t really lost more than 1 pound in one month and they’re delayed in my shipping for the upcoming month… not the best experience so far.

My medication is several weeks behind in shipping. Repeated inquiries regarding the delay have either been brushed off or answered with false information. Three weeks after my last check in, Levity finally admitted that the entire prescription was changing. It is now 5 days past that update, and the medication still has not shipped. The whole situation has been handled very poorly, especially since previous messages from Levity indicated that a plan was in place to handle changes due to the shortage.

My prescription changed and it's now going on 3 weeks that I have been waiting for it. I sent a message via the Contact Us and I've not got a reply but did get a message asking me how satisfied I was with the service I got from Courtney. I haven't been contacted by anyone from Levity except to say Rx has been changed which I figured that was why it was already a week late yet prior to that I was emailed saying that it had been shipped (April 6th) and that it was paid as well. So it wasn't really shipped and the new Rx has been approved but .....still not shipped, going on 3 weeks. I do hope you make this right because I have paid for something that I haven't received and there are plenty of places to purchase the same thing from, and at a lower price in fact.
