I had been with my previous Block…

I had been with my previous Block Management company for some years and they were awful. Consistently not replying to emails or phone calls when we had problems which were not that often. I cannot recommend Renzo enough. The service, transparency and fulfilling our needs as well as the phone App and they are very competitively priced

Great experience using Renzo so far

Great experience using Renzo so far. App is really convenient for reporting issues and they responded and fixed the problems with the ceiling in the communal area really quickly. No dodgy cowboy-type property management which seems to be the standard these days.

How property should be managed

Obviously it is the easiest way to deal with property. Rather than trying to contact the correct person, you can raise any issue you like in this app. So far, the service has been very responsive.

It is also great to have information such as service charge information, budget reports etc all in one place.

The other great benefit is that it is way cheaper than your normal managing agent. My bill went from over £6k, to approx £3.5K. So better service for less.

Platform is incredibly useful

Platform is incredibly useful. Uploaded images and comments dedicated this issues minimised the admin time spent on solving this. Yet to properly test out the other features, but promising so far

Not a bad word to say

Only have glowing things to say about Renzo. Our block was switched to being managed by them and things have been fixed so much quicker and more efficiently since that happened. Reporting issues in the app is really easy and it's made such a difference knowing the people who manage the building actually care about keeping it in good nick

Have had a consistently great…

Have had a consistently great experience with Renzo. The app is very easy to use. I have found them to be a really reliable company for fixing issues in my block. For the price points they offer it’s really a no-brainer. So happy we made the switch!

Amazing and Highly Professional!

Switched our block management and don’t regret it. Wanted to switch for a long time though seem all providers were the same.High costs and poor service seem to dominate in this field. Renzo gave us a decent qoute, we negotiated and ended up paying thousands of pounds less than last year. Glad I came across them.

All companies promised the moon but…

All companies promised the moon but these guys really delivered. Saved our block over £14,000 this year in comparison to our longtime block manager. We honestly couldn't believe that we overpaid all these years. I have dealt with Sebastien. He was very professional and helped us switch from our previous block manager without a problem. Our residents also love the app and the fact that they can see all cost and service charges live and are constantly updated with what is happening with the management of the building.

Saved us 19% on our service charge

Our service charge kept going up every year until we said enough is enough. We spoke to a few companies and decided to go with Renzo as they promised to reduce our cost by a large margin. After the initial quote we seen they were 19% cheaper than our former block manager and decided to go with them. Everyone is happy to finally receive a lower bill especially now since all prices are going up.
