RubyMD Looks Like Emberflow Ai Under a New Name. Research Both Before Paying
I recently requested another copy of my signed Emberflow partnership agreement. On October 13, 2026, I received a PandaDoc email with RubyMD branding. Inside was the exact same signed Emberflow LLC agreement from my original purchase.
That is why I’m writing here. My recent interaction involved RubyMD-branded correspondence about an Emberflow agreement that remains unresolved. I have not made a separate purchase from RubyMD, and I want that distinction to be clear.
To me, RubyMD looks like Emberflow under a new name. Here are the connections behind that conclusion.
Peter Berrettini was the person behind my Emberflow agreement. RubyMD now identifies Peter Berrettini as its founder. James Harper contacted me from an Emberflow email address about resolving my refund, and he is also publicly associated with RubyMD. Then there is my own agreement: RubyMD branding on the PandaDoc email, with the original signed Emberflow LLC document inside.
Those are specific connections. I am not claiming to have established the full legal relationship between the companies, but anyone considering paying RubyMD should know about them and research Emberflow AI as well.
Here is why this matters to me.
I paid Emberflow $14,000 in February 2025 for the setup of a working telehealth business and related services. The agreement included a website, software setup, medical-provider and pharmacy connections, and patient-acquisition services. This was supposed to become a business I could actually operate.
That never happened.
There were introductions, meetings and setup attempts. I’m not saying nobody did any work. I’m saying the business I paid for never became operational.
The website they delivered was an incomplete one-page site. It was supposed to target women, but parts of it discuss men and testosterone treatment. After everything I paid and all the time I spent on this, even the website had basic mistakes.
The pharmacy and provider arrangements were another problem. We would start down one path, have meetings, begin getting things set up, and then that arrangement would fail to move forward. Then it was another provider, another meeting and another round of setup. None of those arrangements resulted in a usable pharmacy account for my business.
I asked for a refund as early as May 2025. I still have not received a refund or credit.
Then came a phone conversation about fixing the situation. According to my recollection, someone Peter sent to speak with me said they could get me fully set up, but I would have to pay ANOTHER $5,000.
I told them I would be a fool to give them more money when they hadn’t fulfilled the first agreement. Finish what I already paid for, and then we can talk about doing more business. My recollection is that Peter ultimately insisted on the additional payment. I refused.
More recently, James Harper contacted me about resolving the Emberflow matter. In his September 17 2026 email, he proposed a partial refund and further services, conditional on me removing my review. Those discussions have not resulted in an accepted settlement or any money being returned to me. An offer is not a refund.
Now my request for the old agreement comes back with RubyMD branding, and I see the same people connected to the new brand. From my side, the branding has changed while the original problem remains.
Before you pay RubyMD, ask who the contracting company is, how it relates to Emberflow LLC (because it is all the same people), who is responsible for unresolved Emberflow agreements, and exactly what happens if the promised setup cannot be completed.
Get the answers in writing. Read Emberflow AI’s review history, including the negative reviews and the company’s responses, and make your own assessment.
Before paying RubyMD, search Trustpilot for “Emberflow AI.” The profile associated with Emberflow’s original website currently displays the name “LifeBand Emberflow Org.” Read the negative reviews along with the company’s responses and make your own assessment. Those are other reviewers’ accounts; my experience above is my own.
I cannot tell you why the branding changed. I can tell you what happened to me and why these connections concern me.
A different name on an email does not return my $14,000 or finish the business I paid for. I want a full refund. Until this is resolved, I would not give the people involved another dollar.
