Jolly Tots Avis 

This will be our third pushchair from Jolly Tots. David was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive in advising us on what to select for our now 2.5 year old as a travel/every day pram. We always recommend you to everyone on the market for all things baby and child related.

We visited Jolly Tots on a friend's recommendation as my wife and I are expecting our first baby, and the experience was truly outstanding. From start to finish, the customer service and pricing were excellent.
We were initially served by Kiera, who was incredibly helpful while showing us a range of prams and car seats. She went above and beyond by walking us through all the colour options and guiding us on how to use the pram attachments. She also made sure we were fully informed about the store’s latest offers and deals.
After deciding on the Joie Finiti Flex Travel and Home Bundle, Louise was brilliant in letting us know which items were available immediately and what needed to be ordered. Finally, David handled the payment process with a friendly and helpful attitude, giving us a clear idea of when to come back for collection.
We highly recommend Jolly Tots to anyone searching for newborn and toddler items. Professional, friendly and great value!

I have bought the full egg3 travel system from jolly tots Birmingham, plus next to me crib and bouncer. David in particular was very helpful and informative and helped myself and my husband a lot as we are first time parents and had a lot of questions! Will highly recommend!

Recently visited the Evesham store to purchase a Nipper Wagon. The customer service was excellent. They let us try one in our boot to make sure it fits. There was no pressure to buy. The price was the best around and they even disposed of the excess packaging when we bought it so didn't have to take that home. Win win really!
If anyone wants somewhere to look at a variety of products this is the place to go.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Kira sorted me out with a double buggy, bath, play mat and mattress. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have been coming here for over 25 years and they have always been very helpful with what i have needed.

Treasure trove of a place. The shop was full of bargains. David was so much help explaining all about the items. This will be our go to local baby shop, definitely.

I’d like to thank Harvey for such a great experience from start to finish. I purchased a bundle of Nuna pushchair items, and everything was exactly as described at a great price. Delivery was quick and well organised, with everything arriving safely and on time. Communication was prompt, friendly, and very helpful throughout, which made the process easy and stress-free. It’s clear Harvey genuinely cares about his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

David helped me out with choosing our travel system - the Joie Finiti Bundle. He was such great help. This is my second travel system and I was completely unhappy with my first (from a different company and shop), David made the experience this time round much more relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured into buying the first system I looked at. I went back the next day after having a think and brought the system.
