I made an order on this website for some boots. I then saw all the reviews on this website and had no idea what sort of quality or condition they would arrive in. When the boots did arrive, they were actually really nice, stylish and comfortable. Looked just as good as brands such as 'office' . So surprisingly I may use this company again:)

This company I saw on Facebook and ordered 3pairs of ANKLE BOOTS size 5 wide fit. I received three pairs of SHOES size 5.5 normal fit.
I contacted them via the email address provided which they stated on their web site would be responded to within 24 hours - NO RESPONSE to 3 emails or my letter. Interestingly All forms of contact provided whether it be for FAQ’s. Returns, Contact Us etc. etc. was all via this email address provided.
I found an address they provided but it is a Ghost Mail address which passes on all correspondence.
I was able to speak with this company and they were very helpful confirming this was one of the companies they deal with and suggested I report this and provided contact details of Trading Standards, which I have done.
All I wanted to do, was return the wrong order (which I assumed was someone else’s order) and receive the ankle boots I ordered, but unfortunately this hasn’t been possible. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER it's a sham company that should NOT be allowed to trade. They scam you into thinking they are the real Jones Boots a legitimate company. However your money is going to Hereford ( probably a takeaway) behind the Hereford cattle market.

OMG ! Wish I had seen these reviews what an absolute disgrace of a company. the boots I received were not worth 1p. they need to be struck off!! Horrible people and call themselves British ! scammers and fraudsters they should be ashamed, again I will not let this lie !!! Too many of these things happening

It took 3 attempts for Yodel to deliver. When I received them I was really disappointed. Really poor quality. I contacted the company for a return address (as requested on their site). They offered a £10 voucher off my next purchase, as if I would buy another pair of rubbish boots! The address provided was in China, which would have cost over £15 postage. I would steer clear of dealing with this company. Bad experience overall!

I ordered a pair of Faux Suede Knee high stretch boot back in mid October from this company that had advertised on Facebook. The items arrived on Monday 10 November. They were not as described in that the material was not stretched in anyway shape nor form, plus the heel seemed as though it had been stuck to the sole of the boot with classroom glue and already looked likely to come apart after one wear. I contacted the company straight away pointing out the issues. They are located in china. I asked for a refund. Their reply was:

I am obviously not happy with this because it appears that if I return the boots, to get a full refund somehow they will not materialise in China and I’m the one that will be out of pocket. I think my best option is to accept their 20% and keep the item.

Something needs to be done to stop their false advertising

Do not order from this site. It is a company in China and seems like a scam. The boots did arrive , poor packaging. Boots of very poor quality. Zero stretch. Would only fit a child's calf. The materials almost like paper.
You have to pay for return to China with tracking and even then there is no guarantee of full refund.

Boots arrived very late. Really poor quality & fit. Trying to return them but it's s nightmare. They do not respond to emails & there is no other way. Contacted PayPal & they have opened a case against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've learnt the hard way. Shouldn't be allowed to be called Jones Boot as it's a copy of a real company. They are obviously trying to scam people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE as they are cheap plastic boots and shoes unfortunately I did but when I wanted a full refund they said I would have to return them to china and it would cost £19.00 but on their website it states free returns I paid by PayPal so I contacted PayPal and opened a case with this company and PayPal agreed with what I was saying and issued me a full refund thankfully so please open a case with your bank credit card or PayPal and fight for your money

The boots didn’t fit to small this site is in. China you have to pay your postage back which costs more than the boots only offer from them is 10% off price of boots very poor after service

Zero - over a month to arrive. Wrong size arrived. Got a £2 refund. I will not let this lie and continue to hassle them. They need to be looked at and removed from any websites/social media. Awful awful company. STAY AWAY!!!

Disgusting customer service. They Sent wrong size - all they offered me was £5 off if I bought from them again!. After a week of haggling, they refunded me just £3.77. The shoes are like walking on concrete and too big. I would have had to organise and pay for return to China, despite it being 100% their fault.

I ordered some shoes from this company. I have contacted them several times. I received an email saying they would be delivered soon. Today I received an email from Yodel-In Post saying they have been delivered. No parcel left outside. Can't contact Yodel. I believe I have just been scammed.

Sent wrong size and when asked for returns details, they said as the shoes were relatively cheap, they suggest I keep them and gave me £10 off another purchase. Also said I would have to pay for courier service to return goods. It appears they send the wrong size a lot of times from reading reviews.

The boots took 3 weeks to come. They’re ok actually BUT…. Their website says you can cancel the order within 24 hours, after reading the reviews I cancelled within 29 minutes!! I got a nasty email back saying I can’t cancel as they’d already sent them!! Funny that as they didn’t actually process the payment until 3 days later. Paid through Klarna who were as useful as a chocolate teapot. They get a star as the boots weren’t as bad as I’d dreaded though very similar to ones on other cheap websites selling them at a third of the cost. Lesson learnt!!

Would give them zero. Shoes arrived after more than 2 weeks, they sent a size 41 not a 39 size I had ordered, squashed and rubbish. Contacted them to advise and was told I could keep them and get 20% back or return them at my cost. Given the cost to return them to China and lack of trust that they would ever acknowledge receipt I have requested the 20%. Tried to add comments to Facebook but negative ones get removed. Avoid this awful company selling rubbish.

Ordered wide fit sandals size 7 .
Delivery a few weeks no problem. The sandals were like a small size 6. Contacted company no reply. Do not buy from them BB Manchester

Ordered a 7 sent a 9 after a long wait.
When contacting them they o oy said they would pay 15% back because thw shipping was so high!! Must make their money this way
