Paint on the red nose missing, cracks visible below the glaze. Returns process is convoluted. I have contacted the customer services department as advised to do (over a week ago) and have had no reply!!!

I love these Tilly pigs. They are such good quality and with the variety of themes can be matched to lots of different age groups, genders and collectors. I bought a Wonder Woman, a Disney and a Disney princess version this time. Delivery was very quick, all in all a great service, thank you.

Packaging looked a little battered on arrival but contents had survived without any damage. I expected some kind of padding as the box was much bigger than the plaque and therefore there was plenty of room for the contents to move around and perhaps suffer damage as a result. We have now transferred it to a cardboard vinyl record packaging sleeve in order to transport it to the recipient - feels a bit more secure.
