No response, no customer care
Too bad there is no 0 star availability.
It could even be the best product on the market, but unless there is a good customer experience, the value drops drastically.
I have ordered one of their products reading that the delivery would be within 3 working day. Now, I understand that there might be delays, but all I am asking is to let me know, or better, at least answer my messages.
I sent 4 offline requests on their messaging service through their website, 2 requests during the time when the website announces there should be online operators, and 2 email, asking to know where my order is.
But no contact whatsoever. At this point I don’t even want the product anymore, because as I said, even if it’s the best product in the world, for me just lost all its prestige and thanks to an unmanaged website just became worthless.
