Joshua James Avis

Highly recommend. The whole team were professional from start to finish and the quality of the bespoke double doors are outstanding.

William Thomas (Billy) and the whole team at Joshua James were simply faultless from start-to-finish. Firstclass communication throughout, with a wonderful final product designed and installed exactly as per the design brief. Would I use them again? Abso-bloody-lutely!

James and Joshua did a brilliant job of installing a glass sliding door for us. The entire team were extremely professional throughout and we are very pleased with the final product. Nothing was too much trouble and they even returned nearly a year later to replace a guide rail that had got broken. Would definitely recommend.

Did some great job supplying and fitting fire rated glazed doors and shower screens.

Fantastic product and great customer service. The doors added a high quality finish to our project.

Joshua James have been brilliant from the start to finish of my project. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Couldn't recommend Josh and James highly enough. They've done a great job at our property installing fire rated steel and glass door. I think they are one of the best on the market for fire rated steel doors in terms of the price and quality.

Great job and super service from quoting to installation.

Fantastic company to deal with through the end to end process from quotation to installation! Super communicative and flexible as we had delays on other parts of our projects which James had to deal with reschedules multiple times! Quality of products is very high and the installation team were friendly and courteous and did a top notch job! Would definitely come back for the next phase of our project!

Amazing customer service, super efficient, very communicative and i’m so obsessed with my doors i’ve just put in another order for the rest of the apartment . Thank you so much . 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻

Excellent service from start to finish.
They guided me through this project with the different options available. Their drawings enabled me to select the best option to proceed with. Communication was great throughout can not fault them for anything they have been very accommodating. James and Joshua are a very friendly and helpful team. Would definitely use them again and will be recommending this company.

From start to finish Joshua James have been excellent. We are so delighted with our bespoke fire-rated glazing and doors. The design is perfect and the fitters were absolutely brilliant. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent product and service from the initial site visit to measure the doorways to installation- my doors are beautiful and exceeded my expectations- would highly recommend this company

We commissioned a glass partition door for the living room in our newly refurbished house from Joshua James Ltd. Their response to our initial query was prompt and they conducted a site visit within a week.
Their customer care and lines of communications were excellent and prompt. We had a high quality beautiful glass door fitted which works well. The team who fitted the glass door were prompt in arrival, skilful and highly professional. We had an overall hassle free positive experience and would highly recommend this company.

We spent months researching a very specific type of steel door, which is more prevalent on the continent but very tricky to find in the UK. We nearly gave up the hunt before we came across Joshua James Ltd. We're so glad that we did.
The team were an absolute delight to work with, both pre-sale, during installation and post-sale. Knowledgeable, responsive and a high-quality end product. I wish all glazing manufacturers worked to this standard!

We were moving into a beautiful, luxury apartment and neither of us had wanted a fire door of any description - indeed, the previous owner had filed to instal one in 6 years for fear it would detract from the open vista upon entry to the property. But Regulations demanded one. Behold, our prayers were answered when we discovered Joshua James who embraced such wonderful, contemporary doors that would not just answer the problem but actually add to the look and feel of the new property.
Surveys and designs were provided promptly and installation was within the original estimated period. The installers themselves were courteous and efficient and the overall project completed on time, on spec., on budget and met to our total satisfaction. In fact it even exceeded that. Well done.

We cannot fault this Company, they have been excellent from start to finish. We are absolutely thrilled with our doors which exceeded our expectations.
Every interaction was a positive one and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

A great experience from start to finish. The team were very responsive and helpful from the outset with discussing options, agreeing our design and arranging visits. The installers were very professional and the finished product we have is fantastic. I would definitely recommend!

Fabulous product, good interaction along the way. We are delighted with our custom made critall doors!

Impeccable service. We were looking for bespoke doors for our kitchen/living room/dining room area and Joshua James stood above and beyond the competition when it came to communication, responsiveness, transparency about the process and delivery in line with that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Top service, top product. We’re very happy with our doors and the process from start to finish.
