I had some issues with my website

I had some issues with my website, including problems with the payment gateway(stripe) and products showing as “sold out.” even when the quantity shows a whole number from inventory, I contacted the team through this site, and they fixed everything promptly and professionally. The communication was clear, and the results were exactly what I needed. I’m really impressed with how quickly they handled the issues.

Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable technical support.

Do Ample research before hiring

Company did not provide all the services they were paid for. Take note that all of their positive reviews were all posted within a few hours time, likely fake reviews. I think I’m the only real customer that has posted and because they haven’t refunded my money for services they have not provided, I would caution you to steer clear of this business. If I ever get refunded/resolution, I’m willing to reconsider review status.

We want to address your statements clearly and factually. After reviewing your account and verifying all project records, we can confirm the following:

All services included in your official package were delivered as agreed. Our system shows completed milestones, files delivered, and multiple approvals from your end.

We have no verified record of the additional $1000 influencer payment you are referring to. This payment does not appear in our invoices, payment logs, communication history, or project files.

We have requested several times that you provide a screenshot of the Cash App payment, the transaction ID, the cashtag used, and any agreement or message showing this add-on service was purchased. No documentation has been provided to date. Without proof of this transaction, we cannot process a refund for a payment that is not recorded in our system.

Your comment about “fake reviews” is incorrect. The reason multiple reviews were posted recently is because we just claimed our Trustpilot profile today, and due to your false claims and unprofessional behavior, we informed our clients to leave honest feedback regarding their experience with us.

We are committed to resolving any legitimate concern and continue to invite you to provide the required documentation so we can review your case properly. For privacy reasons, we cannot disclose further details publicly.

Paid for services not fully rendered

I paid for services that did not happen and asked for refund. They have refused to reimburse. I was a new ecom business owner and do not feel communication was accurate towards the end of our collaboration relationship. It was very disappointing to deal with as a new business. I simply asked for refund of the services that never got performed. I am still waiting for response and resolution to this matter a year later. If resolution, I will change my review based on their due diligence of making things right for me as their customer.

All services included in your package were delivered as agreed, and our records show multiple completed milestones.

At no point was the project cancelled or deemed incomplete on our end, which is why a refund could not be issued under the terms of our agreement.

We made several attempts to contact you for the remaining information and approvals needed to finalize the last items. Unfortunately, we did not receive the required responses to proceed.

Your statement that you have been waiting “a year” for a resolution is not aligned with our documented communication timeline. We are committed to fair business practices and stand by the services provided.

That said, we remain open to resolving this matter professionally. If you would like to revisit the final steps of your project or discuss next options, please respond to our latest email or reach out via our support channel.

For privacy reasons, we cannot discuss further project details publicly.
