I ordered a Jovani dress via…
I ordered a Jovani dress via MadameBridal.com which was sent out via the Jovani warehouse but it never arrived. Their customer service is not helpful, it's a shame! I opened a Claim with the carrier and they confirmed that Jovani sent the package to the wrong addressee. Jovani nor Madame Bridal won't refund or resend the item, a $500 dress and won't return my email or calls.
WORST BRAND AND STORE EVER! STAY AWAY!

My daughter tried so many dresses …
My daughter tried so many dresses for prom, but could never find the right one. She kept going back to the Jovani site time and time again and saw so many she liked, but they weren't available in stores near us.
She ended up ordering a Jovani gown online (a bit nervous about how it would turn out) and it was gorgeous and fit her so well. She loved the dress and received many compliments on it. I will definitely looking into other Jovani dresses for my other daughter when she goes to Prom in a few years.

The prettiest dresses I have looked at. My daughter got engaged last year and her wedding will be May 2nd, 2020. I am in a wheelchair and have been very selective on the dress I want to wear. I finally got so excited that I found the perfect dress and it is a Jovani dress!

I wore one of the jovani dress style number 63349 for a miltary ball last year. Honestly I nver write reviews but this dresses was so beautiful i never felt more beautiful in a dress when I wore that one. Honestly this dress would look great on anybody. Definitely gives you confident when weaing it. Its so beautiful made and great quality. This was my first dress from there ever maybe down the road i would definitely purchase another one. They are absoluetly gorgrous dress definitely check them out. Thank you again Jovani for the beautiful dress :)
