I have to say that Jo Wood Organics is a wonderful business to buy from. Communication is amazing. Jo replied straight away to my enquiries and went above and beyond for me. She is an absolute gem! It was a present for my dear friend and Jo sent a card with a lovely message. I don’t know of many companies that would do that. It’s so lovely that everything is done in an environmentally way. Well done Jo, don’t change a thing. Love the personal touches. A truly wonderful business to buy from! Delivery was prompt and the products are of great quality and look very stylish and elegant too.

Jo Wood Organics went above and beyond my expectations after I made a mistake with my order, after explaining the issue she sent me an email stating that a replacement would be sent as soon as possible after new year. I received this today. This company is well deserved of a 5* review and more. The products are always first class and animal/earth friendly. I also felt that her personal touch is second to none. My wife would not wear any other fragrance. *******
