It is now 08/15 the previous information was for a verification inquiry. Which I thought was taken care of submitted 3 documents that were approved, a long with passing the ID verification. And now being asked to submit even more verification to process a simple redemption. I will keep my rating at 2 stars for now and update when this is resolved.
