SCAMMERS! Run!

SCAMMERS! Run away! I ordered some keychains at 9:37pm. They what’s app messaged me at 2:30am saying all of the 65 keychains I ordered are out of stock and they wanted to replace it with something else. When I woke up I said no, just refund me. They’re refusing and saying after 3 hours, it’s a 30% cancellation fee. I told them I’d call my credit card company and dispute, but they don’t care. They just keep saying after 3 hours it’s a 30% cancellation fee even though they don’t have the product. My guess is they don’t even have products to sell and just fraudulently charge people. My credit card company is great, but I’m very irritated by this.

I reported to their customer service and had no reply or at least apologies. I do not recommend shopping at their store!

This wholesaler is the worst

This wholesaler is the worst. There site and pricing is misleading and they forgot several items in my order and have refused to give me a refund for months now.
If you are considering this company run the other way. There communication is horrible as well.

Taking to long to credit your $ when…

Taking to long to credit your $ when not receiving the merch. Only credit the amount of merch but not the shipping. Need to remind them Abt the credit of shipping which I'm still waiting. Been more than 2 weeks

I placed 2 orders…one never arrived at my home, I blame Fed Ex and the other never came. Overall, very slow shipping.

I have been dealing with this issue way too long

I have been dealing with issues regarding my first order shipped into two parts
1 part received wonderfully, 2nd part is still on going Canada Post has done their part but Joyasdechina shipper will not refund me or ship me the product missing still. Over a month now.

Wrong products received. Refuses to provide return shipping label. Will be filing dispute with PayPal today. Thanks for asking me for a review. It reminded me about this unresolved issue with you. LOL.
Merchant's response is false. Never called because they don't have my number. At the time I had written the review, no one had contacted me. After filing dispute with PayPal, suddenly they respond. LOL.
Keep digging the hole deeper for yourselves. YOU WROTE THAT YOU CALLED AND SPOKE WITH ME, THAT IS A LIE! We'll see who's laughing in the end.

It's really quite amusing. How could we have sent you the first package and received it smoothly without your phone number? Only then did you realize that the product was missing parts? Can packages be received in the United States via email address? Moreover, you replied just a few hours ago that you would send the return package the next day. All the chat records are there. Missing product, no refund, SCAM!!

I’ve made 3 large orders with this company ($100-$300 USD) and I will never order from them again. The first 2 orders had issues of them switching products I ordered with other things (some not at all similar styles, and others the wrong size or color).

But my last order in October 2023 is unforgivable. I’m completely missing 23 items, plus didn’t but received the correct items for about 15. It’s so frustrating. Sandra in customer service kept telling me to be patient, she will fix it, after New Year festival, blah blah. It’s been 5 months now, way after Lunar New Year and she is no longer responding to my messages. I’m so disappointed, I can’t even restock items I spent time and money to market.

Bait and Switch with Poor Customer Service

I placed my first order with this coming at the end of February and they sent several of the WRONG items. When I emailed support, they said the items were out of stock. I checked again, and it shows the items in stock. This company only offered a 20% DISCOUNT on my order. I want my refund and not a discount!! I WILL NOT BUY FROM JOYAS DE CHINA AGAIN!
