A very satisfying "junk removal"…

A very satisfying experience of "junk" removal. A simple form to fill out on line resulted in an almost immediate response with clear instructions and we set up a price and time for pickup. The pickup guys were on time, efficient and pleasant to work with. Overall a very good experience. Wish I had used them in the past; will definitely use J&S for any future needs.

Great Customer Service

I decided to redo my kitchen for the holidays (last minute idea) and rented a dumpster from J&S Disposal. I called a couple of places for dumpsters, but settled on J&S because of the customer service and reasonable prices. They were very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate and advise what was needed with permits. I plan to renovate my basement next year, and will definitely use this company.

Don't Recommend

My dumpster rental was fine. However, the pickup driver damaged my gate twice. The company promised to repair and said turnaround "should be same day." It took 3 weeks to get the gate back on and it was not restored to its original condition.

J&S says the repair was complete despite the photographic evidence and refuses to offer a refund or reimbursement for the cost to fix. Very disappointing.

PS: Watch out - several of these reviews are from J&S employees.

EDIT 11/12 after reading the below reply: please reach out to me if you are sincere about wanting to discuss a resolution. I have expressed numerous times in writing that I would prefer to resolve this privately and received replies such as "a refund will not be issued."

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused when the driver accidentally damaged your gate. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, our team took full responsibility, purchased a brand-new replacement gate, and had it professionally installed at no cost to you.

We're sorry to hear that you remained unsatisfied throughout the entire installation. Even though, you mentioned you were pleased with the dumpster rental service, we regret to hear that you will fraudulently dispute a chargeback for a completed service. Our goal has always been to make things right and ensure every customer feels valued.

I was impressed by how easy the whole…

I was impressed by how easy the whole process was. Scheduling the dumpster only took a few minutes, and they delivered exactly when promised. Pickup was quick too. Excellent company to work with!

Excellent company to work with

Excellent company to work with! The booking process was simple, the staff explained everything clearly, and the dumpster arrived exactly when promised. Cleanup was easy, and pickup was quick. I’ll be recommending them to family and friends.

Professional Quality Service!

We had to clear out our investment property to remodel and sell quickly. J&S serviced our house at the last minute and with great customer service, careful delivery and pickup of the dumpster.
