Their websote is called thaitouristvisa, but instead it's just card on arrival which is completly free!!
I needed visa because I was stuck in the airport, that website was the first one and being a bit stressed lead to the fact that I filled believing that it's for visa. Turn out it's just card on arrival. 110$ for nothing. Of course no response and of course no refund.

Yes I fell for it too. I feel so dumb that i belived this website. The Thai landing card is FREE and available on Thai govnt website.
Jssvisa looks professional but is a total scam. It is not based in Switzerland but Spain using server scip.es

Contact your credit card provider so they can refund you and block this company permanently.
You can also report them to the European fraud agency.

This is a 100% scam site!!! I inadvertently went to their site to submit a Thai TDAC, they quoted $59; charged $115 and have since charged a further $73.
I wasn't aware it was a free registration/submission.
the funds are being taken by a company called TRAVELGROUPJSPAY.COM.

Now, I've had to put my debit card on hold until I can find a way to stop these blood sucking vermon from sucking more $$$$ out of my account.

Scam. I did not finally submit but entering my creditcard details was already enough to charge me for a service that is free if you use the original Thai website. I realised too late as it looks somewhat official. No reaction when you email them.

It's a scam website.
We arrived BKK airport and waited in line for custom. We realized a Arrival Card was needed so we Google TDAC and this scam website was the first site. Since it's our turn soon, we quickly applied with this website without realizing it's a scam. It was our turn but I have not received anything and I showed the "application in process" page to the Custom Officer. She told me it's a fraud and showed me the official site and helped us get the TDAC and entered Thailand. Unfortunately, we have paid 99.99USD for nothing. I went back to the website and requested for refund on the same day but no response. 3 month later, I couldn't find that website anymore.

Scammers, if you dont read properly, they will take what they can get for a free service

They scammed me for 240 dollars,, is it even possible to get it back? It says something about applying for a visa refund on their homepage.

These people charged me $79 for card that should have been free, Watch out and don't use. Scammmmmmm!!!

Scam. I was charged $167. Can't contact the company. Thai police should arrest them for theft. As well, "landing card" they issue is not valid. It has an invalid number. I recommend getting the government issued app and use that. I have filed an official complaint.

This site is a scam , do not use them . They charge me triple the agreed amount

This is a fraud site and I have paid them today 139 usd dollar and they have told the charge fees will be only 50 usd and they have charged 3 times extra and it's a fraud.

Please don't use their site and I will request to thai authorities to ban these sites and take strict action against them as there country name is affecting.

I will request to the site owner to pay back my amount.

This is a scam site. It charges for the Thailand Arrival Card, which is free. Also, it advertises one price, and then charges you more than 3 times the amount. I landed on it in early December, and didn't realize it was a scam. So I agreed to pay their minimum amount. But they charged me 3.5 times the advertised amount !!!!
