HBL Buchal Kalan branch, District Chakwal, Teshil Kallar Kahar manager named Rukshana(who I believe belongs to Village Manakpur, District Chakwal trapped my parents in this policy scam in 2023. She sold 2 policies to my parents and promised huge returns and said there is not loss/cutting involved. I visited HBL last year(2025) and they said you cannot withdraw this year. So I visited again today and found that we will have a loss of about 2.5 lakhs and our total deposited amount is around 8 lakhs. I asked them that we want to get out of this and my parents submitted surrender form with zakat form and other documents. Now Bank asked us to answer call from Jubilee when received and tell them that we want to surrender. I hope we get our money back. Please avoid this scam.

If they bother us, I will lodge an FIR against manager HBL Rukshana resident of village Manakpur as she misguided and scammed my illiterate parents.

After significant effort and a six-month delay post-maturity, I finally received my life insurance proceeds.

While the payment was eventually made, the process involved repeated follow-ups, lack of clarity, and avoidable stress. This experience highlights serious gaps in post-maturity service delivery.

Prospective customers should exercise caution when choosing long-term insurance providers.

I can't believe how this company is still operating in Pakistan.
We are not getting any profit on the money we invested for last 12 yeara and if we want to surrender it,Both Habib Bank and Jubli Life Insurance are not helping us.
I request the government institutions to close this company down, otherwise they will never stop robbing people.

Don’t buy policy from them or from any HBL branch. It’s a total trap and you won’t be able to get out of it.

Have been trying to surrender my policies over 2 years. Keep getting fobbed off asking for number update and to send emails requesting certain forms. HBL bank who sold this to me are also the worst bank you ca deal with in Pakistan. If you have any Jubilee policies cash out now

V. Slow repayment process, they delay payments for long as they want, don’t buy jubilee insurance, very bad experience.

This is the worst commitment that an insurance company can fo my father spent 10 years with thier insurance company made significant profits over the years and committed that we will have a share of the profits after 10 years but this turned out to be a total nightmare as I had this plan to aware everyone who is thinking or waisting their time in this insurance they might have sold you the worst insurance they benefits them not you at all cash out your money today even if you're in loss cuzz you are just waisting your time instead you should invest your money into a low risk mutual fund because that's a true investment and their representative don't sell this as an insurance but they present this as an investment which is a bad sales technique and they should avoid it.

Completely fraud.my father pay policy for 10 years.1 lac for every year nd after that they give him a 6500 yes 6500 profit with bloody age risk excuses.i just give review here to save people's from that fraud company plese save ur money nd invest somewhere else thanks

A dodgy manage of HBL Mills Branch Jhelum sold me Jubilee insurance about 11 years ago. I am a British Pakistani, I didn't want this insurance, he begged that if I buy now, he (poor guy) will get commission then I can cancel insurance within a month cooling off period.
I had no choice but to get trapped by his dodgy words and false promises.
I thought I'll cancel in a month, but the Jubilee company sent me file AFTER a month, so that I don't cancel in a mo th time. Another dodgy tactic from Jubilee insurance.
Then they said I can't cancel for at least 10 years.
I got crossed, my pooicy was Rs.100000, which I reduced to Rs.18000. Because if I surrender within 10 years, I'll lose all the money.
Due to their lies, blackmailing an dirty traps, I decided to complete 10 years.
Now in 2025, I applied for surrender after 11 years, and they paid me only Rs.27000 profit on my about Rs.300000 investment in 10 YEARS.

Rs.27000 PROFIT IN 10 YEARS ON 3 LAKH INVESTMENT.

WHAT A JOKE.

According to my personal experience, my honest review for Jubilee insurance and HBL bank is that:

Jubilee insurance is a Crap, Dodgy, Useless, Liar, Fraud and time waster insurance company.
I'll never trust any insurance company in Pakistan but will prefer UK companies.

I heard that 'State Life Insurance' is better than others in Pakistan but not sure personally.

But I assure you that stay away from Jubilee Insurance, They are Liar, Misguider and Dodgy people.

By the way, in beginning, they said, you can't surrender within 10 years, but after 11 years, they told me that my policy was flexible and I could have surrender any time even within first year.

What a liars and dodgy people.

Be aware of them if you buy insurance from them.
I will prefer to use Saving account in any bank with good interest rate instead of these dodgy insurance companies in Pakistan.
Saving accounts give us more profit than these companies.

Very bad experience in Pakistan.

Its totally fraud they will make you introuble after getting payment and installments they not even gave back your money .please dont buy jublee life insurance policy

These people have absolutely no humanity. I can’t believe they’re still in business. Recently, they refused to cover my brother’s inpatient care for a reason that makes no sense, even though he’s in palliative care. Their communication is awful, and they show no compassion at all.

I term it a “bunch of cheaters” and wonder how is it operating after causing great hardships to Pakistanis who have invested their hard earned money in it? From selling insurance policy till its maturity, they befool people. I suggest all
aggrieved parties to join hand to take them to the court of justice.

I purchased my travel insurance policy with Jubilee. I applied online on July 07, 2024 and chose email delivery. Despite waiting several hours, I did not receive the documents. I contacted support, who informed me there was no record of my order, despite providing the order number. I explained that I had an appointment on July 8 at 11:00 AM and requested immediate approval or a refund. Instead, they asked for the data I could see online and created a cloned policy, which I received on July 08 at 2:03 PM, after my appointment. They refused when I asked for a cancellation and refund, stating they would not refund my money.

A fraudulent company making it sure that customers don't get any benefit at all. They made me cancel my 5 years old policy, just when it was hitting breakeven, with commitments that the new policy would continue right from there, not from the first year onwards. But what happened was exactly opposite of that. They issued a new policy which means the company would be getting most of my paid up capital as its own commission for another 5 or so years.
When I contacted their cancellation department, they delayed addressing it which clearly indicates that their intention is to make the customer suffer and protect their fraudster representatives.
Please be aware and stay away from Jubilee Life.

Delaying tactics for surrender application. Made me travel form overseas to cancel, and even rejected with lame excuse the change of no application request form was black n white. I mean seriously ??
They knew I came from overseas so no way I’m coming back sooner and asking me noterize document etc bla bla because I didn’t have original file with me lol come on I’m a live person sitting there infront of them with my passport and ID. But na I should have file with me and my 10 yrs old number

even after 11 years they did not give me my original deposited amount and said insurance is not investment. This is total fraud company.

I bought two Jubilee policies about ten years ago from HBL Kashmir Road Branch Rawalpindi and have been paying Rs. 50,000 against each. So in total have deposited Rs. 1,000,000.
Now this fraudulent company is not paying me even my original paid up amount.
It's a joint scam of Habib Bank and Jubilee Life Insurance and I was shocked to find out that I am not the only one who has been robbed in this way.
It's also a big question mark on the regulatory authorities i.e. SECP, State Bank of Pakistan, the judiciary and other law enforcement agencies who are abetting such crimes by turning a blind eye.

Worst Insurance Company I ever come across. They gave me Assured Saving Plan and I was paying 100,000/- per anum. End of five years, it has the value of Rs. 223,000/-. Being disappointed, I have surrendered the policy, losing around Rs. 270,000/-. Now, from last six months, they are not returning my surrendered Amount.
