Julius Avis 6

I'm the second member of my family to try Julius. Heard about it from my husband and since I'm a bit more data savvy, I thought I'd give it a try.
Somehow, Julius tends to just create data out of nowhere and then use it for analysis. You think you're having your uploaded data analyzed, the results come out crazy, and then in the audit you find out you specifically told it to analyze X and it analyzed Z. I should have listened to my husband when he told me not to mess with it. Horrible and alot of wasted hours for nothing. I mean I just got a membership today and after about 3 hours of using it I can't stand it. I'm asking for a refund.

This is my second review of Julius but for a separate reason. So I gave them a 1 star rating before and was immediately kicked off the platform within the hour and told I'd receive a refund within 10 business days. It's been over 10 business days and still no refund AND no access to what I had paid for. Honestly - go somewhere else for your AI needs.

I've just started using it and its beyound useless at this stage. I loaded a pdf with multiple tables (Solar install quote). I've tried a workflow specifically for extracting tables from pdf. All i get is grabage. Also tried to analyse some the tables after editing and adding them in and got garbage results. Asked for a summary of the pdf and simply got snippets from the doc itself. All the example vids and instruction use very simple data examples a child could evaluate at a glance. I've seen nothing yet that gets me excited about its potential.

it doesnt listen and is genuinly so dumb. It runs off of Chatgpt, but is so bad that is doesnt understand the magnitude is 6.2 NOT 5.9 like cmon seriously!!!!!!! How am I supposed to do my homework? and also telling it to do short sentences is genuinly impossible :(

Im only giving it 4 stars because I know how angry they will be if they see it go to 1 like I WILL BE GONE- but yes, this is a 1 star website DO NOT USE

A little help to julius. Make ur AI smart its dumber than a 5 yo and im not even joking
