Won't ship to Northern Ireland despite…
Won't ship to Northern Ireland despite it being part of United Kingdom and me being an existing customer. Had to get items sent to a friend in Glasgow then forwarded to me. Chinese have no problem sending same items direct to NI.

Thank you for getting in touch and taking the time to leave a review for us. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience with Julz Beads on this occasion.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to post items to Northern Ireland legally due to the new GSPR regulations that came into effect on the 13th December 2024. Businesses in England can only send parcels to NI if we have an EU/NI representative which, as a small business, we do not have. We, as a business, could incur penalties/fines for not properly following the rules of these new regulations so we have had no choice but to stop postage, which is a great shame.
We value the feedback from all of our customers, as we can use this to improve our services, where required.
