Excellent products, really sturdy charms and beautiful beads, fast delivery, there was an issue with some glass beads which broke during transit, this was quickly rectified and the communication with Juliet was very fast and efficient and replacements sent straight away. I ordered glass beads from Amazon which came from Julz beads, realizing they were Cornish I wanted to keep it local, so have ordered directly from them since.
I have not been disappointed.
The items are exactly as shown, I've had a few surprising gifts (when you spend over £25) and they are prompt, Royal mail actually got my delivery the next day. Can't wait to visit them in St Austell and probably spend,spend,spend!
