I’d give no stars if I could. Jumbo Serve were the installation provider for our Amazon purchased in-built refrigerator. Scheduled to install at 6pm. At 5pm I get a call from the Technician asking if it was a standalone or in-built fridge. I told him it was in-built and he said he couldn’t do that and basically hung up. Then commenced many phone calls to Amazon customer service who tried to be helpful but couldn’t tell me what was going on. Basically we finally discovered the technician had just cancelled the appointment! So no fridge and I had to reschedule for next day and arrange to be available for another installation provider (NOT Jumbo Serve!).

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Jumbo Electronics Dubai. Over six months ago, I purchased electronics from their store and was assured that the necessary paperwork for my tax refund would be completed correctly. However, due to their negligence, the papers were filled out incorrectly, and I have not received my tax refund yet.

Despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances from their customer service team that the issue would be resolved promptly, I am still waiting for my refund. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.

Jumbo Electronics’ lack of efficiency and responsiveness has been frustrating, and I am very dissatisfied with how they have handled this situation. I expected better service from a reputed company, but unfortunately, they have failed to meet even the basic standards of customer care.

I urge others to be cautious and double-check all paperwork if you decide to purchase from Jumbo Electronics. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I hope no one else has to go through the same ordeal.

We made an online purchase for pickup due to urgency. However, upon reaching the store, we were informed that the item is not available.

Please consider this situation, as waiting for 3 days to receive the items was unexpected. Had we known about this delay in advance, we would have opted for delivery instead of picking up, especially considering the distance we traveled.

Worst Customer Service
I have pre-ordered iPhone 15 Pro and they have taken my payment. I have received an order confirmation email.
After 2 hrs I received a call from JUMBO that the ordered have been cancelled due to a technical error and suggested to reorder as they will add the iPhone again on their website.
Then after 1-2 hrs they have added iPhone 15 as a bundle with almost 1000 AED increase.

They are unprofessional and unethical to their customers and no support from them.

Their management is greedy and cheats the customers to make money.

Totally irresponsible in customer service . Unprofessional technicians and very poor quality of service

We bought Honor X9 phone very fast there in Jumbo, Deira city center. Though we came to upgrade RAM memory battery for Lenovo laptop only 😊
They installed RAM battery for free.

The workers were very attentive, know their products and services very well. We've received also as a gift: backpack, earpods, powerbank.

Also, I've found out they have "service point" in every store for smartphones, laptops, etc.

It was fast and easy to order and the delivery was prompt and packaged without any damage.

I bought an iPhone for 25% less than the cost in stores or online somewhere else. Will be getting a tablet from here, too.
