Great customer service

Dear Sienna, I wanted to take a moment to formally thank you for the incredible work you’ve been doing. Your professionalism and the natural, patient way you connect with my boys are truly exceptional. It’s rare to find someone with such talent and dedication. I hope your management realizes what an asset you are to the team – you have a huge future ahead of you! Thank you for being so wonderful.

If I could give it a zero I would

If I could give it a zero I would. Overpriced day out which will make your children poorly. It is absolutely freezing in there. Everyone was moaning how unbearable it was. The toilets were disgusting and the floors were completely soaking wet . Add that to a freezing place the kids were shivering and wanting to go home. The one staff member I dealt with was rude as hell, she refused to let the children jump without Jump Giant socks purchased there and then even though we had them from before. We had to trade them in for £2. Or buy a new pair per person for £3.75.
The facilities themselves were fine but the small children weren’t allowed on half of it and some of the attractions weren’t on. Which is beyond me In half term. I never really leave reviews but the experience was that awful from start to finish that if I can advise even one family to AVOID AT ALL COSTS , I will. Boost in Leicester has much nicer facilities, the staff are brilliant and it is way more cost effective. And you can actually park there. The parking here was a ridiculous for the size of the place.
To end I would suggest you all AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Awful birthday party experience

We attended our daughter’s birthday party here a couple of days ago and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

When we arrived, there was nowhere to park for either us or any of our guests. Upon entering the venue we were lead to a tiny table and told that this is what we had been allocated for the entire hour. When i mentioned that for other parties we had attended there you usually have access to a party room for the entire duration of the party, we were told that head office had double booked and that another party was using the room. When i questioned the manager around this, he became agitated and actually used foul and abusive language. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer who had paid over £200

The venue itself was freezing cold, which commented on by the children and parents attending the party.

When the food arrived in the party room it was cold and barely edible. The bluetooth connection also did not work, so we were unable to play music in the party room as we were informed that we would be able to

All in all, this was an awful experience and I highly recommend avoiding the place at all costs. Much better value for money elsewhere

Not recommended, FREEZING and very poor value for money

This place is such poor value for money. We visited today with a 12 and 16 year old. We paid £16 each for an hours session. When we arrived, despite having trampoline socks from a different park that were perfectly fine, we had to purchase Jump Giants socks, at an extra cost of £3.50 per pair. The place was FREEZING. The kids froze through the safety talk, then, despite being THE ONLY people there, they were going to be made to wait for 15 mins in the freezing cold before their 'official' session started. We suggested to the staff that they might let them start jumping to stay warm, and after a discussion over the cb radio, they were allowed to start at 1.16pm, rather than 1.30. The cafe (marginally warmer, though not much as they had the door open until we got there and closed it, kept coat on the entire time) had an offer - coffee and a cookie for £4.50. But not a tea. No, no. Not a cup of tea, that's not in the offer, even though tea was cheaper than coffee.
The kids had to wait to be measured to go in the foam pit, despite it being obvious that they were at least a foot taller than the minimum height.
Then at 2.16 to the second, they were kicked out. I acknowledge that we only paid (through the nose once we'd been forced to buy unnecessary socks) for an hour, but (considering how empty and incredibly cold it was) we shouldn't have had to ask for them to be allowed to start jumping when they had done the safety talk (in this case just to stay warm.) In our experience other trampoline parks would have been far kinder and more considerate, rather than penny pinching, and just said 'go on and jump, there's nobody else here'. And considering the ridiculously high price we paid, really? Quibbling over 14 minutes?
The staff themselves were friendly but the whole experience wasn't good. Compared to other trampoline parks in the area there was very little to do and the interior, though clean, was pretty boring (as well as cold) Feel for the staff as well, having to work in arctic temperatures.

Don't bring little ones as they can't go on anything but trampoline!

Currently attending. We've been here 15minutes, my 2 boys 8 and 6 years, are very dissapointed, age restrictions preventing them from going on anything other than trampolines, we came for the ninja court advertised online, when I put ages into the booking as requested, no advice telling you what they aren't able to go on, height and age restrictions. They take your money and won't refund, absolute disgrace. Place was empty now I know why. Won't be coming back! Absolute robbery.
£50+ for trampoline. I've been to better places for less.

Disappointing

We visited jumping giants in Loughborough today and were very disappointed for a number of reasons:
1) the place was freezing to the point we couldn’t feel our toes.
2) Customer service was poor
3) we had suitable socks for a trampoline park, however company policy apparently says you have to buy theirs, even though ours were the same with the grips underneath. We were also told we could trade our existing socks for £1.50 but they don’t give our old socks back, not sure what the logic was in that?
Overall it was an expensive and disappointing visit and we wouldn’t want to come again.

There were alot of unsanitary events…

There were alot of unsanitary events there here are some examples:
-Stinky socks
-Two people kissing
- Little kids on the run (some kid came up and drank our water)
- Rude employees
- Did I mention stinky socks
- Very dusty
- Ripped foam falling

One good thing about this experience is that it had water and we got to scream happy birthday, however this is not good for autistic people.

Thank for reading.
