Seems to be very well made, instructions were relatively easy. Took me about three hours possibly because a bunch of it. I was doing myself. I think it’s very fairly priced.

Shipping was fast! Would’ve have wished for the parts to be labeled. Took us 2 hours and a half to built. Also, had to watched video because the instructions did not include when to put cover around the trampoline. Instructions were not that clear. Overall, trampoline looks great quality.

Shipment concern.
I sent an email with a Pic of the package. It was torn in several places. I was concerned about the contents. I received an email within a few hours. Telling me that the company was meeting with FedEx to discuss shipping. Also of i needed anything to call Jumpzylla and it would be sent.
All the pieces were there. Set up took just a few hours and we are all happy to have the trampoline. Thank you

The online purchase was super easy, shipping was so fast and used FedEx and I was able to track my order! The trampoline is made really well and unlike the old days, the ring clicks together!!! They also offer colors for the mat! We got red.

This is an amazing trampoline. I am someone who hesitates at everything I buy because I’m a huge review person. I got jump zilla and it has been by far my best decision. The ladder is best for my little one because she is shorter than most her age, and I feel like her safety comes first with this brand.

Customer service was fantastic, delivery was quick and installation wasn’t rocket science. 10/10 would recommend! This was a great Santa gift!

The order process was very user friendly, the ship time was fast, and the set up was explained well and easy to do. Set up took less than 2 hours. With one person. Everything appears to be good quality and should last for years.

Shipping was great. Received in two days. It was easy to put together. Quality of product is as advertised. The zipper entrance area could be a little bigger.

I purchased a 15 foot trampoline about a year ago and it is in great condition ready for my son to enjoy for the great weather coming in for spring the only thing I did for upkeep during the winter is spray WD-40 on the springs to avoid rust. It’s in great condition no signs of damage and the safety net is still nice and tight not loose

The trampoline is great ! My kids love it. We received it. Some of the parts were dented. My husband was able to make it work and there hasn’t been a problem thank God. We did reach out to customer service and did not hear back from them so that was kind of disappointing. Also, we were supposed to receive a free trampoline sprinkler and I emailed the company about three times about it never heard anything so that also was disappointing. Besides the issue with customer service the trampoline is perfect.

We purchased the Jumpzylla trampoline for our grandkids, and it has been a huge hit they absolutely love it and use it every time they come over.

The trampoline feels very sturdy and well-made, and we really appreciated how safe and secure it is. The enclosure net gave us peace of mind while the kids play. Setup was also easier than we expected, which was a nice bonus.

First time buying a Jumpzylla trampoline and the experience so far has been great! Assembly went smoothly and it feels very safe. The 12 ft is perfect size for us! Communication on purchase and delivery was quick and delivered on time. Very good quality for the price!

Wish the spring cover was cleaner around the poles for the net. Also for the price it’s just cheap looking foam around the poles.

Decided to get Jumpzylla due to high quality reviews. I will admit some parts seemed a little more thin or flimsy than I expected but much higher quality than what I could buy locally. Safety features seem very high quality. Easy set up although unfortunately the part box arrived scattered in the box and was missing one part. I was able to make shift a replacement though for one bolt. This is a high quality trampoline, especially if you can get it for a good deal.

When we set out to purchase a trampoline for our family, we wanted to purchase online versus a store model. This allowed us a gauge customer reviews, customer satisfaction, and customer service. Jumpzylla was where we decided to make our purchase for these reasons. Based on customer reviews, people we're pleased with their purchase, the ease of the assembly, and the customer support and service. The addition of being able to choose the size and color of our trampoline was an added bonus which made our decision easier when choosing the Jumpzylla brand.

We wanted to protect our trampoline over the winter because it was a larger (price) investment for our family. The disassembly and storage over the winter months was just as smooth as the assembly. We have no real complaints.

Our only "complaint" is that we are being asked to "add" acceasories to our trampoline. Jumpzylla only sells the trampoline, so we have to look elsewhere to purchase the add-ons. I wish it was a one shop stop instead of looking on Amazon for basketball hoops, lights, slides, tents.
