Juna Tennis Avis 11

They advertise to the UK market on instagram. I bought from them and the clothes were big so tried to return them. There’s no clear process on their website, you have to email them. They ask you to send the clothes to their address in the Netherlands. I paid over £11 for tracked royal mail. In the form I filled, I stated it is returned goods. Now the borders want me to pay €23 custom. Juna say I have to pay it so they haven’t even applied for an authorisation to returned goods relief. They don’t know what they’re doing.

Door een foutje in mijn huisnummer werd mijn pakketje helaas verkeerd geleverd en is het uiteindelijk spoorloos verdwenen. Ondanks dit vervelende misverstand heeft Juna Tennis direct gereageerd toen ik contact opnam. Ze hebben geen moment getwijfeld en zonder problemen een nieuw pakketje opgestuurd.
Dankzij hun snelle en vriendelijke service heb ik nu alsnog mijn prachtige tennisjurk ontvangen en ik ben er ontzettend blij mee!

Daughter really wanted some tennis gear so, despite misgivings, I ordered from this store thinking it was in the Netherlands. It's now apparent this store is dropshipping from China and has a really long delivery lead time. While I expect to receive the goods and it remains to be seen if they're any good, the lead times are very long if you're in the UK.
