Friendly, knowledgeable and fair company
I would 100% recommend Just Surveys.
We used Just Surveys a couple of years ago to do a survey on our drains and make some patch repairs. Their customer service was brilliant. They explained the issues very clearly to us, gave a reasonable price for the repair and a ballpark price for a repair that another company would need to make. I've just phoned them with a small query and they gave me a quick and detailed answer.
We have had issues with other firms that do similar work in this field, so it's nice to find a company we can trust to do a good job.
PS - their website seems to actually be: just-surveys.com, not the .co.uk one listed here.

Very professional service for a reasonable price
We have lived in our home for many years knowing that there was a culvert taking rainwater from a nearby road drain through land either side of our own and our neighbour’s property. We wanted to find out exactly where that culvert went, whether it was stone or pipework, and what condition it was in. We rang Just Surveys and Jacob Hope in the office was very helpful and understanding. He managed to quickly fit us in for a two-hour sonde and trace survey. Two men turned up exactly at the time they were booked to carry out the survey and quickly started work. They were very friendly, courteous and helpful, and they explained and showed me exactly what they were doing, to make sure I was happy with the results. The probe on the end of the cable below ground had a light and camera on the end, and its gps signal enabled us to see on a screen above ground exactly what it could see, and how many metres it had travelled. The probe was also continuously recording video, and taking still photos too at critical points. The gps receiver also enabled us to pinpoint above ground exactly where the probe was below ground – so I could mark out several points there and then above ground too. They had time to use the probe to survey other rainwater drains on our property and the waste drains and manholes too. The head of the probe is quite large, so it would not fit through small pipes or those with a small tight S-bend. The survey results were remarkably quick in being emailed to me, and they included a survey plan, detailed reports and photos for each manhole, pipe and drain, and very clear videos too. This was a very professional service for a reasonable price.

Alert! Do not use any other company to check your drains. Aside from being reasonably priced the assistance and advice that I received was second to none. Their professionalism saved me around £800 compared with what I was told it would cost to sort it by another company
