Prompt, clear and professional - it shouldn't be difficult but apparently it is. Fortunately Just Boilers do just that. They were on time, courteous, explained the problem and outlined the costs before incurring them. Their representative was pleasant, neat and businesslike.
It makes a refreshing change to be able to make a recommendation, rather than a complaint.

Just Boilers recently completed a Gas Safety check for me. They were quick, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I received my Gas Safety Certificate immediately on completion of the job. I have used them for a boiler service previously and would highly recommend them.

I have consistently excellent experiences with the Just group, immediate and helpful responses from the office and really great customer service on the ground. Have decided to stick with them in the future as they really alleviate the stress and coordination required around boiler work/plumbing etc.. As someone who isn't particularly interested in this it's a relief to be able to outsource it dependably!
