Amazing service app, superb idea however some laundries doesn’t have 24hrs service which I hope to be general among all laundries

I used the app when I was in Dubai for few days to clean suits.
Great and reliable services.
However, a more advanced search engine (using several criteria) would be welcome.

Easy to use,
I have more laundries to browse with different prices with free pickup and delivery,
the good thing is the prices of the laundries are same as they offer in their laundries offline.

I'd suggest to have services by types, for instance, carpets, shoes, etc

Makes life so convenient as i no longer have to spend my weekends doing laundry. with justclean I can spend my free time with my family and friends and focus on my hobbies.

With living in Dubai there is no shortage of laundromats and laundry apps. Just clean's fast service (4 hour turn around time) saved me a day or even 2 of waiting from the other laundry apps.

But some things for Just clean to improve is app speed for a more fluid laundry transaction.

Apart from that, I was very happy with my clean and fresh laundry delivered back to me in the same day!

The only thing I would love the app to have is within the fast service feature, if clothes can be dry cleaned and delivered within a minimum 6- 8 hours that would be great!

I have been working at Laundry Service full-time for less than a year

Really smart people who care about each other and about doing good work. Most of the staff is friendly to one another and a lot of people hang out outside the office. Leadership is very available to everyone and gets involved in the work. Also the office is beautiful.

Cons : Some laundries have minimum order amount are high, not getting much discount/coupon benefit.

The app makes it very convenient to have my laundry picked up and delivered in a time-saving manner. Laundry reviews help me choose which laundry to place an order at. However, it doesn’t work 24 hours so I may mot be available at certain time slots for pickup and delivery.
