Just Clear are brilliant. I hired them to clear a large house I was selling which had accumulated a lifetime of items including a large amount of electronics, furniture, books, DVDs, clothes, papers and lots of other stuff. Also an annexe and stables with years' worth of miscellanous items. George and William cleared it all in three days, and were cheerful, efficient and professional throughout. My initial contact was with Brendan, who was incredibly helpful from the start, and gave me confidence that he understood the job and the importance of doing it well. I highly recommend Just Clear.

Very clear communication throughout (phone, WhatsApp, email and in person.

Initial quote was from my video recording of extent of clearance but David was happy to come out and do a site visit which indicated a bit more work and therefore cost, and it was a fair assessment.

Licence and insurance info was provided when requested .

I did suggest these were sent with quotes to all customers since there is so much illegal flytipping going on, to be very clear about their professionalism and competence.

David and his assistant were timely, thorough, professional, clear if there were items such as paint or fluorescent tubes that they couldn’t take, and cleared up well too. David sent a post-clear up photo via WhatsApp and confirmation that all was done. Would highly recommend him.

Two very nice men arrived on Saturday and cleared the furniture as arranged. All went very smoothly. Would recommend.

I had been quite anxious about whether it was a scam, as all arranged via WhatsApp and no receipt or email confirmation sent, and I had to pay in full beforehand via bank transfer - but everything worked perfectly on the day.

I contacted Just Clear for a second quote to clear a relative's house after receiving a very high initial estimate elsewhere. Just Clear was half the price of the first company, but the service was still top-tier.
Jennie arrived promptly for the quote and was incredibly pleasant and empathetic regarding the bereavement. Since I live an hour away, I couldn’t be present on the day of the clearance, but Jennie kept me completely at ease by sending regular updates, photos, and videos of the progress.
Because the clearance was so reasonably priced and well-handled, we also hired them to clean the house. They did a wonderful job once again. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and value.

Leanne who booked us in for the job was fantastic, really lovely to deal with and and very clear comms. Craig and Tony who came to actually do the clearance were brilliant. Super efficient, nice guys, and generally made the whole thing very easy. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. They also managed a very quick turn around for me on what was a smaller job.
