Ordered 6 dozen Titleist ProV1x's (refurbished). Got Taylormade tp5x's. The reply said to return the order and then re-order. Told them I did not have the time to return the order and then re-order. I'll keep the tp5x's Just credit me for the difference as the tp5x's are cheaper. ($40 for the order) Now, no replies to my request...just radio silence. Guess I'm stiffed for the $40

Was very hesitant to trust this website after reading the reviews and some of the horror stories some have had. I took the chance as the sale prices they had were just too good and bought some shoes and golf balls. Order was placed on Thursday evening, shipped Monday morning and was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Shipping box was slightly damaged but had no impact on the purchased items. Product were as expected. No complaints at all.

Update: I decided to place a second order for some apparel. Order was placed on August 31, I received tracking on September 5th and was delivered September 8. Again I have had a good experience shopping with JustGolfStuff but I may just be one of the lucky ones.

I ordered an XL shirt as it has been my size for 20 odd years. Golf Stuff CA claim I ordered a small. To replace the $40 shirt they want me to pay $20.

Their website claims a 'money back guarantee'. This appears to be false advertising.

Places my order and got a tracking number. Waited 8 business days with no delivery and no communication. When I called they said they would look into it and then I received an email saying my purchase had been refunded because the item was not available. Called and complained and they hung up on me. I will never attempt to buy anything from them ever again. Beware

Ordered a "new" golf club. It arrived with the face marked, and scratches on the flange. It was clearly used as a demo, yet sold as new. Company did not respond to my concern. They are not to be trusted.

Got an early confirmation that product had shipped with a tracking code with GLS. However after five days it still had not been picked up!!
I emailed them but had no response. Suddenly my golf bag was shipped and it delivered in two days in good condition and as advertised. Still however no response from seller.
I also asked why I was charged for shipping when they clearly advertise free shipping over $99.
It appears that this company is genuine but quite frankly I would not use them again as their customer service is non existent.

I ordered 3 shirts from them over a week ago. On the Shop app - it shows that the package has been shipped, but when i use the tracking code, it says that the product has not even arrived and has not shipped. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, waited a few more days. Over a week and it still has not shipped despite saying that they ship in 7 business days. I will remove/update my review once/if i receive my product but until then this company gets 2 stars.

My order finally arrived without any shipping status update. But i haven't had time to inspect the items individually. I've bumped them up to a 3-star. Honestly, it would've been a 5 star if their tracking system worked. I don't mind waiting, just don't like not knowing.

I placed an order online and was able to find and use a discount code to get the price down. My card was charged and I received an email with an order #. Two days later I got an email informing me the company cancelled my order with no specific reason given. When I called in, I was informed it was cancelled because that discount code shouldn't have worked. I think it's pretty greasy that instead of recognizing their mistake, fulfilling the order, and then removing the code, they straight up cancel it without providing any information to the customer.

I ordered a golf clubs set and some new balls about 2 weeks ago and at first there was no update, that's when I went to check the reviews on internet and got worried!! So I tried to write an email and call them and at first nothing!! But shortly after I received a response to my inquiry and a shipping notification and everything arrived really fast once shipped and there wasn't any mix up in my order!!
It's hard not to be worried at first with the bad reviews but they did good!! Give them a chance!!

I ordered a set of golf clubs earlier this week and no update about shipping or anything. After reading these reviews I’m now suspecting I might not even receive them….. hoping for the best.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I ordered a golf bag 4 weeks ago and has yet to ship. I have email twice with no response. I have a feeling I will not be receiving my golf bag or get my money back. I would not purchase anything from them especially with the lack of customer service. I am not one one to reviews. Should have bought the one at golftown.

Ordered pair of Nike golf shoes for $99. Forced to pay shipping charges unless I ordered $.01 more in product.
Ordered a $35 Nike golf cap.
When the package arrived, the $35 cap was stuffed into the shoe box! WTH?!
When I complained to customer service, they offered no explanation and simply thanked me for the “feedback.”
Shoddy shipping (cost) and packaging (execution). Shoddier customer service reply.

Order a golf bag for my son in his school colors. The ping golf bag arrived with totally different colors. They said I ordered that cool. I explained I google searched a specific color Donnie way I ordered the wrong color. They want me to pay to return the incorrect item now. From reading these reviews doesn’t look like I’ll get refunded even if I send it back. Crap company!!!!

Ordered two sets of grips and two dozen reclaimed balls. The grips arrived, but no balls. Two emails and one week later, no reply. Terrible experience. So after two more days and no emails from justgolfstuff the balls have arrived. I have to say that their support system is horrible, but I did receive my order. Maybe posting here made a difference.

I bought two pair of Etonic golf shoes. The shoes were 79.99. A couple days after I made the purchase, the price dropped to 49.99. I emailed the service department to see if it was possible to get a credit for the different. A week later, $60 was credited to my credit card. Needless to say, I was thrilled. That's service!

I have had a few previous small purchases with justgolfstuff and it had been ok until now. I bought their "refurbished" electric cart and it turned out to be a heavily used product. Worse, justgolfstuff didn't even bother cleaning it properly before reselling it. So the wheels are with dirts and muds! There is NO place for me in the website review of product, even I signed into my account. So... I don't know they got their other products reviews!

Had a small problem with the delivery of my order. The issue was with the Currier not Just Golf Stuff. I contacted the Courier and they were very prompt in sorting out the issue. Just Golf Stuff did send me an email notifying me of the delay and both Just Golf Stuff and the Courier kept me up to date on the issue and it was solved in a timely manner.

The item I purchased from Just Golf Stuff was exactly what I ordered and was in perfect condition.

This company sucks! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I've sent them 4 or 5 emails asking where my package is and they keep ignoring me. The customer service team is TERRIBLE! Save your time and money and shop at Golf Town. They consistently deliver within 2 days!!!!! I've been waiting for 11 days with justgolfstuff and my package isn't even in transit yet!!!!!

Just what I was looking for at a reasonable price.
