Just Retirement Ltd. Avis 3

Filled in forms to start taking pension and returned 11.2.26, "Just" received on 12.2.26, all info provided by me quickly, noting start date new tax year, Lump sum received in March, with more info to follow re monthly pension, called today and they have no idea when it will be processed!!! completely crazy, they have had info. almost 2 months! no comms from them at all, and all they can do is ask for it to be processed! they are playing with peoples incomes and treating people with no respect, this is a needed monthly income!! the prudential turned things around in three weeks!!!! I wish I had some leverage but clearly have none!
I have escalated and can only expect a call back within 2 days!!! an absolute joke of a business!!!!

Just more like unjust took out annuity though retirement line ageed the quote for pay out per month all good but after cooling off period just changed my pay out been trying to sort this out now for 5 months they just don’t want to know
How can this unjust company just change it after cooling off period and now can not take my business else where if there was somthing wrong this should have been brought to light in the cooling off period but was left till after
I have been mistreated by this company and will warn others DO NOT USE Just go else where I don’t want others to fall in the same trap as me .
This is why I have been treated unfairly by Just that’s why I call them UNJUST

I used Just Retirement for my equity release. It enabled both my adult children to get on the property ladder. I left an amount for drawdown which I am using for home emergencies.

I needed an electrical job to be done. I requested access to my drawdown funds on Wednesday and the money was in my account by Tuesday.

I had excellent service with the equity release and when I needed to access money for an unexpected bill it was quick and easy. Victoria Brown advised me that the money would be with me in 24 hours and it was.
