Not knowing any lawyers in Spain, but needing a firm for a property purchase there, I engaged Just Law Solicitors. I am very happy to have done so. They have been professional throughout the purchase process and made it exceedingly smooth and worry-free. I might add that very prompt replies were always received to my email queries. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently worked with Ana and the team for our investor visa renewal process, and we are extremely grateful for their professionalism and support throughout. We have also used their services for visas, residency matters, and a visa appeal application, and each time they have been incredibly helpful in clearly explaining the requirements and guiding us through every step.

We used Just Law to handle the legal aspects of our property purchase in Spain. Although the property was located in a different region from their office, this did not cause any issues at all.
Our estate agent had suggested using a law firm local to them, but I felt it was better to use an independent firm with no ties to the estate agent, which made sense to us.
Everything was arranged smoothly by Just Law, and Belen, Victoria, and the team made the entire process very easy for us. Their communication and expertise were excellent throughout. I would highly recommend them.

My review is similar to the review on Google however I will state it here on Trustpilot: It is with considerable deliberation that I commence my critique. I wish to clarify that I am not presently a client of the entity in question; rather, I am a prospective stakeholder contemplating the procurement of their services. The organization in question manages a Facebook group community named “Moving to Spain,” which boasts a following exceeding 170,000 adherents. It appears to me that the aforementioned entity has exceeded their discretionary bounds by enacting the unwarranted removal of my membership from said group, devoid of prior notice or articulated justification.

In an effort to alleviate this matter, I initiated correspondence via electronic mail and subsequently through telephonic communication directed to their administrative office. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any form of response despite granting a reasonable interval for their reply and I am compelled to openly and publicly express this in a 1 star review .

The expulsion from the group, absent a coherent and satisfactory explanation, constitutes an act of discrimination and prejudice. I deem this pertinent to communicate to any individual who might consider such conduct acceptable—namely, the unilateral removal of a member without justification, thereby potentially undermining individuals’ interests and ambitions relating to relocation to Spain.

Furthermore, it behooves the involved business entities and their directors—particularly Director John Towell—to recognize the seriousness of this issue and to duly address the correspondence and concerns raised on this matter in a timely and responsible manner.

Just Law Solicitors has an excellent Facebook page with lots of advice and support for those contemplating a move to Spain. John also has a podcast which I often listen to in the car on my way to or from work. Lighthearted and informative too.
John offers the services of his company but is not pushy , no hard sell and actually promotes other companies if he cannot help.

John Trowell is knowledgeable, honest and has provided me with excellent advice . Having decided to move to Spain the process and legal obligations were explained to me thoroughly and I would certainly recommend Just Law Solicitors
