Injury from delivery from Just Natural

A six-pack of Biona black beans arrived with the glass jars smashed causing deep cuts in my fingers when I opened the package. Incredibly careless. "Glass" was written by CLF in feint biro in the top corners of the package and is barely visible. I am a semi-professional pianist so you can imagine how upset I was about this. They trade as justnatural.co.uk. They tried to shift the blame onto Evri and Evri told me to contact the supplier. CLF offered me a refund and a paltry 20% off my next order as recompense for the injury, disruption and distress this incident caused me. I accepted the refund but rejected the discount because I felt it was a trivial and insulting offer in light of the injury and otherwise meaningless because I do not want to do business with them. Biona is a great vegan product but buy them elsewhere, do not rely on this negligent company.

I ordered 8 days ago and there’s still…

I ordered 8 days ago and there’s still no sign of a delivery, even though it was supposed to be 2/3 days delivery.
It seems to have come to a complete halt on their tracker services, so I emailed just natural this morning but didn’t get a reply or an acknowledgement.
This is my first order with this company and I won’t be ordering again.

Order missing mulitple items

Order missing mulitple items. Tried to get one thing as gift and made the mistake of adding other things on to the order. Now the gift didn't arrive. Lets see how quickly they can support. Happy to update my review if they can fix the error.

Great Disappointment

I have just received my first order from Just natural and quite disappointed with the products.

Firstly all the products received were a few months away from their expiration date, do 4-5 months away

The Clearspring Seaveg Ginger Seaweed crispies were stale and inedible, there's 5 in a pack which I have binned as I am not eating that!!!

I bought 3 different flavours which has 5 small packs in each pack

I opened a packet and I had to spit it all out and throw it in the bin. I've just wasted my money.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering 😕😪 from them. A significant amount of the reviews are negative and if I had seen this prior to me placing an order with Just naturals I wouldn't have.

My order never turned up don’t bother with them

My order never turned up . When I emailed them they sent a proof of delivery that was clearly not my front door or house the door in the pic was white . When I sent them a picture of me outside my house with a black front door and a goodie street view of my house they refused to refund me .

They are not transparent...

They are not transparent about the origin of their products. I would appreciate it if they could add the country of origin for each product.

Stay clear

Ordered goods on 29th December and still waiting for delivery.

The customer helpline keeps saying that it's with the courier and will be with me soon.

I have requested a new delivery or a full refund but was told that cannot happen until the courier reports the items as lost.

Completely unhelpful !!

Damaged delivery, opened food bags and missing items - no response from customer service

I’m honestly disgusted about this order from JustNatural.co.uk.

The parcel arrived in an awful state - rushed/damaged and clearly re-taped. When I opened it, two food bags were open and the contents had spilled into the box. That’s not a “minor issue”. It’s a food-safety problem. I’m not going to eat anything from a damaged box with opened packaging, because I have no idea what’s happened to it.

Then I realised two items **I paid for** were missing as well!!!!

I contacted them on 17 September with photos and a clear explanation. They haven’t even bothered to reply. No apology, no refund, no replacement, just silence.

Completely absolutely and totally unacceptable.

Had a serious of issues

Had a serious of issues, including delays, delivery issues, lack of communication, ignoring comments, and not keeping promises.

When the items arrived there were items missing.

Unsafe food delivery and extremely poor customer service response

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Just Natural. My order arrived in an extremely poor condition: the box was ripped open, crushed, soaked, and the food inside was exposed. This made the items completely unfit for consumption.

I sent photos immediately, yet customer service continually insisted I should open and photograph the food items themselves — even though they had already been exposed and were unsafe to handle. To me, this response expressed a concerning lack of appreciation of basic food safety.

Despite the photographic evidence provided and the fact that consumer law requires retailers to resolve issues with damaged goods, the company refused to offer a refund unless I paid for the return myself.

The quality of the delivery was bad enough, but the lack of responsibility and dismissive customer service made the whole experience far worse. I would strongly advise caution before ordering food from this company.

Very good until something goes wrong.

I have used JN several times and have had quick delivery. This time I have not received my order. They use EVRI who have promised delivery next day on 7 occasions. Escalated to JN who seem unbothered and have received no reply from them.
