Used many times, superb service

Just returned from visiting Just Tyres in Amersham to have a tyre with a slow puncture replaced. Team looked at the tyre and identified the issue was a tiny nail fragment. They were able to repair the existing tyre without the need to fix a replacement. A pleasant surprise at their honesty and customer care. It would have been very easy for them to simply charge for a new tyre. They even checked the pressure across all tyres on the vehicle. Great service - thanks!

On my way home last night I hit a pothole, one of the many littering our roads at the present time!
Called in at Just Tyres Amersham this morning, I had made no appointment. Was looked after by a gentleman called Dave. What service, outstanding. Took off the wheel, checked it to make sure everything was ok, refitted it, checked tyre pressure on all tyres. No charge.
What more can I say. Such a pleasure to be treated so kindly. Thank you so much.

I went to Just Tyres Amersham to book an appointment for a tyre repair. The staff are just plain rude and unhelpful. Would avoid and take business elsewhere.

The guys were quick and did the change of both tyres quickly while I walked into town for a coffee. They called me when it was done and made a point of reminding me where the locking wheel nut was.

Very professional and started the work at the agreed appointment time.

Tires were not there to be fitted. I was offered fot them to be fitted the next day. But I had already taken time off work. So asked for a refund which will take 7 days, redicalus.

I checked all the well known Tyres suppliers in my area and Just Tyres were the cheapest. Easy to search, pay for and book a time on line. Seen on time for my appointment, both tyres fitted quickly, chap fitting was friendly and answered all my questions. Bought tyres from the Amersham branch before and will be my go to next time I need tyres.

I was seen on time and given a time when I could have my car back. 15 minutes before I was due to pick my car up I received a phone call telling me my tracking was out. I told them to do the tracking and when I returned I was told the car was ready. Quick, efficient and true to their word.

I recently had a new tyre fitted and they checked the tracking (front wheels only). They told me they both needed adjustment, so I paid £55 but I was not convinced the fitter knew what he was doing when I quizzed him about toe, camber and caster - he had no clue what I was talking about.
So I took the car to Protyres Chesham today to get the car rechecked using their Hunter laser equipment which is one of the best in the market, used by the Ferrari Owners Club, and guess what the tracking was out. I knew it would be as the steering wheel did not point straight ahead on a straight road, meaning I was compensating for the toe angle on both front wheels pointing to the right.
Will Just Tyres now refund my wasted £55 - and retrain the fitters at Amersham?
