My second visit to the shop and again great service, the guys are friendly and more importantly honest with the timings. But they do as they say and seem to do as much as they can to help, often in difficult circumstances!

Centre in Basingstoke. In January this year went into branch asked the fur on the counter if he could check my 2 n/s tyres for tread depth as my mot was due he didn’t bother to use a tyre tread gauge and said they needed replacing none in stock so ordered for me booked fitting . When arrived for fitting appointment couldn’t be done as compressor broken. They would let me know when available. After not hearing from them had mot done and was told by mot garage there was nothing wrong with the tyres they were perfectly legal they would check them at next service. They were only interested in selling me new tyres whether old ones were ok or not.

Tyres fitted quickly and efficiently. Tracking sorted, once my permission was asked.
No upselling.
Polite and friendly.

appointment books dealt with promptly would definitely go and use them again

I never give 5 star reviews but here we are! Ryan was incredibly helpful and saved me money on my XJ8 today, kept me up to date and was very helpful, good workmanship noted too. Great price for work carried out. thank you

Went on line and compared several locations for a good price Just Tyres were the cheapest not only for the tyres but also for the 4 wheel tracking, and as a bonus they could do it the next day. The garage was busy when I visited but we're organised and completed the works on time, would definitely use them again.

Tyres offered at competitive pricing. Staff polite and apologetic for delay in fitting the tyres. The delay of 45 mins is the only reason they did not receive 5 stars.

Overall great experience: Work done in booked slot; careful technicians (they use hand tools rather than the usual air-powered impact wrenches); good clear explanation on what needed to be done.

had a 9:00 AM appointment at the Basingstoke branch. After being told the tyres were delayed, I waited at a nearby Starbucks until 10:30 AM. Despite promising to call me with updates, the staff failed to do so. I had to walk back for an update, only to find no progress. I eventually had to leave to attend a friend's court hearing (which I sadly missed due to the initial delay).

I waited until 1pm expecting a phone call back telling me if the tyres had arrived. They did not call so had to call head office asking where my tyres actually were. Apparently they had already arrived and I could head back there and which they will fit them ASAP.
The tyres weren't fitted until 2:00 PM—five hours after my appointment. Far more concerningly, two days later my car began shaking violently. Upon inspection, my wheel bolts were found to be only hand-tight.

I'm giving 2 stars only because the Divisional Manager, Chris, apologised and offered a future discount. However, the lack of communication and the dangerous fitting mean I won't be returning. Double-check your wheels if you use this branch.

Arrived on time for my tyre fitting appointment and was left waiting over 30 minutes because the place wasn’t even opened. There was a rude attitude in general , including swearing , and was told they wouldn’t open until another staff member turned up.
The attitude was unprofessional throughout , including speaking badly about other people. Says it all when even the tyre delivery driver told me to avoid at all costs.

Did not honour quoted price for my tyres. The tyres needed were not ordered properly, consequently the gentleman dealing with my query very unprofessionally had a heated conversation on the phone with his manager. This did not need to be witnessed. 45 minutes later once ordered successfully I was assured I would receive a call telling me when the tyres were in. However, I did not. Therefore, took my custom elsewhere.

Good quality tyres,good price, quick service

Waited for a bit past my appointment time as they were running late because of an issue earlier. However, the staff was apologetic and kept me informed.
